Pyramid leg day! Let-s hit it! The pace is slow. The focus on maintaining perfect form. We will work on hypertrophy in the entire lower body with the quads, hamstrings, glutes and as always the core strength and stability using compound movements. The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 15kg each. I use one heavier dumbbell of 25kg for the Sumo Squats! 20 work 20 rest 40 work 20 rest 60 work 20 rest 40 work 20 rest 20 work 20 rest SQUATS 1 1/2 REP SUMO SQUATS RDL STATIC LUNGE (all one side) STATIC LUNGE (opposite side) STAGGERED RDL (one side) STAGGERED RDL (switch side) REAR STEP LUNGE (one side) REAR STEP LUNGE (switch side) Finisher: 20/20/20/20/60 UNEVEN SQUAT SQUAT TO LUNGE (same side) UNEVEN SQUAT (switch) SQUAT TO LUNGE (same side) ALTERNATING LUNGE TO CLOSE SQUAT Simple exercises. Slow pace. Serious work! Starting The Pyramid Series with the legs! It-s off to an awesome start to the week! Let-s do this!

Finished up Epic 2 last week so I wanted to explore these other shorter formats to give myself a -break-! TOTALLY LOVED the Pyramid format! Thank u EVER so much Caroline for being the most encouraging and knowledgeable mentor! I learn and practice with u, then adapt and take some things back to my Rejuvenate class with Active Agers at a Y here in Washington. May the empowering and strengthening of body, mind and spirit continue to spread all around world!

I love this! Simple exercises no extraordinary moves and yet so effective! I still remember pyramid leg day from epic 2 and I loved that so I tried this one out! Pyramids might become my fav format haha

Dang -- simple, slow, but definitely spicy! This one went by really slowly for me, mentally -- had to really push through. Proud I made it, and proud of everyone else who did too!

I always do one or two of the mini series in between starting a new program, so doing the Pyramid Series this week after finishing Epic iii. This one was tough but I enjoyed it.

That workout was great, I loved it! A great way to start the day - intense but straightforward moves that make you feel challenged and then brilliant afterwards.

I-ve been working out with caroline since January 2022. This is one of the best workouts yet! I loved the finisher and the pyramid set up. My legs are shaking.

Slow but heart is racing. Last set was a total finisher for the legs but loved it! I performed Bulgarian lunges instead of static at beginning
