Pyramid training shoulders and arms! This workout is for strengthening and building hypertrophy in the shoulders, biceps and triceps! You will be preoccupied with focus on that slow and controlled pace whilst aiming to get over the 60 second set! Packed full of pressing, curling pushing and rowing! For this upper body workout, you will need a pair of dumbbells and your mat! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 8kg each. If you have a selection of weights, keep them nearby as you may want to change according to exercise! The timer will be on with the following structure: 20 seconds work 20 seconds rest 40 seconds work 20 seconds rest 60 seconds work 40 seconds work 20 seconds rest 20 seconds work 20 seconds rest CLOSE TO OPEN TO PRESS ALTERNATING LATERAL RAISES DOUBLE FRONTAL RAISES REAR DELT ROW (all same side) REAR DELT ROW (switch side) SKULLCRUSHERS SHOULDER CRUSHERS PALMS UP CURL HOLD (full curl every 10 seconds) HAMMER CURLS Finisher: 30/30/30 DIAMOND PUSH UPS TRICEP PUSH UPS COBRA PUSH UPS! I want you to give this finisher every thing you have got left in you! It is 90 seconds to bring those triceps to near failure! You will finish with the biggest smile on your face! I did- a mixture of relief and accomplishment! I loved finishing on cobra push ups- and when even one rep becomes challenging you know it-s been a tough one!

--- luxury treatment for them shoulder and arm muscles ---as always at Caroline's------ I upgraded my weights from 6kg to 8kg for this whole workout (before I had my lighter weights standing by) oh yes of course those shoulder crushers made my triceps and pecks -scream- --- pyramids are amazingly challenging on arms as well. I loved the finisher- my diamond reps are deeper! Thank you Caroline thank you ------

All those skull crushers did a number on my triceps. by the end of the 60 seconds set, I was struggling to straighten my elbow and push the weights up. I had to lower my arms few times for the rest of the pyramid. It was brutal and I am very happy that I've done it! I will definitely feel my arms tomorrow, but this is normal when you work hard! Thanks, Caroline, for another awesome upper body workout!

Respectfully, I'm going to need more time in between exercises. After yesterday's Lower Body Pyramid, I'm needing about 10 minutes to get on the floor for the skull crushers today. (I'm typing this as I struggle to get off the floor for the next standing exercise, pausing was 100% necessary) Loving it so far though!

absolutely love the pyramid format and choice of workout moves here! I felt so strong as I was finally able to do skullcrushers, shoulder crushers, hammer curls and palms up curl hold with 5kg! which is a first for me!

This was another level of pain and endurance! Ouch! The bicep holds! Wow! That was truly painful. Thank you, Caroline, for the amazing workout! Will definitely feel my arm tomorrow!

the problem here is I really wanna touch her arms while shes talking but softly. that is the problem with the pyramid series.
