The format will be trisets, using bodyweight and dumbbells as resistance to make the quads, hamstrings, glutes & calves work hard! The timer will be 30 seconds each exercise within the triset, with 30 seconds rest inbetween! For this lower body workout you will need a pair of dumbbells, a yoga block and your mat for cool down! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 15kg each. X2 HEEL ELEVATED SQUAT 1 1/2 REPS! BODYWEIGHT 1/2 REPS! X2 HIGH SQUAT RDL HIGH SQUAT TO RDL STAPLE: ON TOES SQUAT BODYWEIGHT 1/2 REPS! SQUAT ROCKS! X2 LUNGE BODYWEIGHT ON TOES HOLD! BODYWEIGHT LUNGE! X2 REAR STEP FORWARD LEAN LUNGE FORWARD LEAN LUNGE BODYWEIGHT REAR LUNGE! STAPLE: ON TOES SQUAT BODYWEIGHT 1/2 REPS! SQUAT ROCKS! X2 GOBLET SQUAT HOLD BODYWEIGHT 1/2 REPS! X2 STAGGERED SQUAT 1/2 REP RDL STAGGER SQUAT TO RDL STAPLE: ON TOES SQUAT BODYWEIGHT 1/2 REPS! SQUAT ROCKS! ELEVATED CURTSEY LUNGE BODYWEIGHT 1/2 REPS! FULL RANGE! CURTSEY LUNGE TO SQUAT CURTSEY HOLD! CURTSEY LUNGE TO SQUAT! Finisher: 100 x CALF RAISES! 50 x 2 DUMBBELLS! 50 x BODYWEIGHT ONLY! Some of the exercises today involved focus and balance and made it really fun to work through! A great all rounder for the lower body! Let-s begin week 3!

Wasn't sure how this one would go as I lifted heavy legs in the gym twice this week already. I used 30s as my next highest weights are 40s and Caroline used 33s. I used a 40 for the goblets. It worked out well since I was already a bit fatigued. Body felt a little jittery in the beginning, but everything fell into line and I felt strong. Dare I say the 100 calf raises were easy? LOL

The calf raises with weights during the Finisher was deceptively more difficult than I thought! I loved it because I don't feel I work my calves often. Thank you for another fantastic workout Caroline! I've been doing your workouts for a year now and love your videos, thank you so much for creating them!

Wow, what an intense and focused session. Loved the finisher. I used to have cramps in my calves for a long time, and they kind of stopped since I started to train with Caroline about two years ago. Wonderful! Thanks, Caroline!

Day 11 complete yeees. Pushed really hard today. Used my heaviest dumbell since day one. Used 10 kg. And also 6 kg. Calves burning. But followed along the finisher - didnt loose my balance on my lunges finally. Yey me --

Wow! This one was tough! Im feeling so strong doing these!
I have no idea if Im doing them on the days i should but I am aiming for 4 of these per week and that fits in my schedule!

Ooof. I just took two days off and came back to this. So. Hard. I wanted to quit, even after reducing the weight and taking extra rests. But I didn't! Proud of myself for finishing!

Don't mind me, I'm just over here wondering how I'll ever get back up - just sat down on the couch after finishing this workout - I might have to call my fiance for help ---

This is the first workout I had to take extra breaks to get through. I FELT this and really struggled to stay stable after yesterday's cardio. What a challenge!
