Isolation exercises galore for those triceps & biceps using a combination of dumbbell & bodyweight exercises to demand that those arms work very hard! Finishing with some core stability and strength before hitting those biceps again to finish with 100 reps! All you will need for this workout is a pair of dumbbells and your mat! The timer will be on for 1 minute per exercise with 20 seconds rest inbetween! I did this with 10 pounds and it was challenging but I could do it without feeling like I was sacrificing form. Except for the tricep push-ups, as usual I have to do on my knees. I enjoyed all the attention to biceps. Thank you Caroline Girvan! I have been doing your programs since August exclusively and I have changed my lifestyle and way I think about fitness and body image. I am starting a new job tomorrow after 3. 5 years of being a stay at home mom. You have helped me feel more confident physically, but I still have a lot of excess belly fat so I hope that I can keep up now that I will have a lot less -free- time.

Good morning! I'm loving my way through Endgame for a 2nd time! I'm slightly disappointed with myself, though. I didn't think I could complete the finisher well with higher weights (17. 5 lbs for me, so I used 15 lbs, but I don't feel like I got the burn I could have if I'd just pushed myself. I wish I knew when I'm listening to the voice in my head vs being realistic about my abilities.

Finally found the time to try this and will definitely include it in my workout routine. I just suck at Skullcrushers and do the behind-back-tricep-extensions instead (holding one dumbbell with both hands. With Skullcrushers, I just don't manage to keep my upper arms stable and instead wobble around quite a bit: ( need more strength first.

I love feeling my arms burning after this workout! The muscles had a fantastic time today! I liked the switching between triceps and biceps, and those push-ups were wonderful to push everything to the limit. Thanks, Caroline!

What an incredible workout! And that bicep burnout as a finisher! I was able to complete all 100 reps-. after dropping down in weights at the 50 mark -and I am loving the add on workout links-thank you Caroline! --

Omg Caroline. I dont think my biceps have ever felt this WRECKED - that finisher truly finished me today. typing this is quite a challenge lol. Thank you for the killer workout as always

My upper body was on fire the whole time! This session was a mindful one for me where i focused on the movements and the form. Happy to be on this journey with you Caroline!

Day 18 done - i did not do the sideplank thing. Used 5 kg. The push ups went good enough - the leg workout yesterday didnt exactly help me for today --
