The hamstrings and glutes get as much attention as those quads today with hinging movements and lunge variations! Compound movements more at the beginning before we move to more fun with bodyweight only! The timer will be on for 40 seconds per exercise with 20 seconds rest for a majority of the workout. For this workout you will need some dumbbells, your mat and a chair! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 20kg each. I also use 1 x 12. 5kg for some of the exercises later in the workout. 1 1/2 REP SUMO SQUATS 1 1/2 REP SUMO SQUATS 1 1/2 REP SUMO SQUATS LUNGE SWITCH SIDE! SWITCH SIDE! SWITCH SIDE! BULGARIAN LUNGE x 1 DUMBBELL SWITCH SIDE! SWITCH SIDE! SWITCH SIDE! LUNGE TO STAND SWITCH SIDE! LUNGE TO FORWARD LEAN HAND TAP SWITCH SIDE! STAPLE: X1 LEG RDL SWITCH SIDE! 1 1/2 REP QUAD FOCUS BULGARIAN LUNGE SWITCH SIDE! SWITCH SIDE! SWITCH SIDE! KNEEL TO SQUAT SWITCH SIDE! SWITCH SIDE! SWITCH SIDE! FINISHER! 100 x BODYWEIGHT BULGARIAN LUNGES SWITCH AFTER EACH 25 REPS! Oh yessss! We can all smash this finisher! Simply go at your own pace! Simply complete 25 reps then switch- and repeat for 100 reps! A lot of work on other hamstrings, quads and glutes-. Mostly dumbbells at the beginning then we go to bodyweight only! Get ready!

Never in a million years thought I-d be able to complete the finisher-but I did, took forever but I did 100 Bulgarian lunges. When I started strength training last fall I could barely do 8 on each side. It-s an overwhelmingly proud feeling that brought tears to my eyes. Ty for being you, making these videos and pushing me to be the best version of myself

I love Caroline but this workout and it-s 300+ lunges may have ruined my relationship with lunges for life. So thankful week 5 has very few lunges.
Thanks CG for putting out amazing content and changing lives. I pushed through this challenge. Now bring on the next one.

Weight loss happens with daily weight training. If i will do all days workout, I can loose weight or do I need to do cardio also. If yes how many days in a week. I m having PCOS. I do mix workout everyday for 30 mins still not losing weight. I eat healthy and in my calorie budget

Day 17 done! - Those bulgarian lunges throughout the workout were so hard but it feels so good in the end- I did regular staggered RDL for the RDL on the chair, I prefered to do the right motions than to hurt myself. Thanks for the great workout!

Solid lower body session! A fantastic sensation, a fantastic ending! I can't believe how much I've learned to love Bulgarian lunges. My legs are firmer, more toned and defined, and Bulgarian lunges have a lot to do with it. Thanks, Caroline!

Omg Caroline. the fact you lunged using 2 x 20kg omg! I did this workout at home today. Not as heavy as gym, as I only have a few weights at home but still very effective and I worked up a sweat!

I had to modify the finisher, as my scoliosis doesn't allow me to do bulgarian lunges very well and my chair is too high anyway. I did 20 reps of bulgarians and the moved on to normal lunges.

Omg I wasn-t able to do hardly any of the finisher. I tried and wanted to puke. Bulgarians are by far the the most challenging for me. As always great workout. Thank you.
