Ready to knockout this combat workout? Plenty of jabs, kicks and unsuspecting swift manoeuvres with maximum follow through to challenge your -opponent! - This is a high intensity cardio session for you to thoroughly enjoy! Embrace this combat mentality and imagine taking your opponent by surprise! Aiming to be as precise with those movements whilst direct with speed! And unless you participate in regular combat training, don-t be too focused on which arm to jab with or height of kick- aim for speed and directness! And what I made my intention-. Having fun! I absolutely loved this workout! This workout was based on feedback within the recent Community post and many of you kindly shared you love overwhelmingly supersets within HIIT, combat workout and pyramid training so thank you for all of your wonderful comments and suggestions! The timer will be on for 20 seconds per exercise and we simply perform each exercise twice! Many of the exercises involve performing on one side, then the next exercise will be the opposite side! Just not a fan of kick boxing. I keep skipping ahead hoping to find a challenging uptick in intensity as each program goes on but I'm just getting frustrated. I had better results choosing workouts at random by body part or style than I have following the programs. Going to let the lists go and go back to winning. Still appreciate your videos 1000%.

As a long time lover of Body Combat - this is absolutely awesome. CG you are simply amazing. At the end of EVERY workout, i hope you can hear me saying -i love you- as i wave back.

I really like the all-standing cardio! I request more of these. Or at least one where it's mostly on the legs instead of down on the ground hitting upper body/full body. :)

Wow! This was fun! I usually struggle to find motivation to get my heart rate up, but today it was sky high and I was having a blast! More kickboxing, please!

Day 25 too late. Inskipped 25 and did 26 and 27. Came back to 25 today. Didnt do jumping. Just moving and step backs. Still got a sweat on -

Always love coming back to this workout atleast once a month. Its a fun HIIT workout-not as deadly like-EMOM--
