Pyramid training for a full body workout- and the timed format of pyramid sets means it is guaranteed that this workout will pass quite quickly yet be very intense at points especially when we reach the 1 minute mark per exercise! For this full body workout you will need a pair of dumbbells, your mat, a yoga block and a chair! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 10kg throughout! The timer will be on for each pyramid set as follows (in seconds): 20 work 20 rest 40 work 20 rest 60 work 20 rest 40 work 20 rest 20 work 20 rest! CLEAN TO SQUAT LATERAL PARTIALS HEEL ELEVATED 1 1/2 REPS X1 ARM SHOULDER PRESS (same side) X1 ARM SHOULDER PRESS (switch side) FWD LEAN BULGARIAN LUNGE (same side) FWD LEAN BULGARIAN LUNGE (switch) DIAMOND PRESS FINISHER! 100 x RENEGADE ROWS: 25 x SINGLE SIDE! 25 x OPPOSITE SIDE 50 x ALTERNATING! - - yoga block can be placed on back as an option! - For me, I found this finisher one of the most challenging so far! The Renegade Row involves much more than just the back- core and lower strength, stability, support, and control! But take your time! 100 reps can be split up as you prefer! The yoga block is an option to test just how little you can resist movement at the hips- harder than it looks! Of course some movement is inevitable but the point is to -try- to resist it! Have fun and smash it! I know you will!

Wow! I love pyramid workouts; they bring an unbelievable intensity to play! This session was one of my favourites; incredibly good. The finisher was challenging, but it gave me a happy feeling because I could do 100 renegade rows! What a full-body workout! Even the chair at the beginning made me laugh; it was so cute. I learned to love Bulgarian lunges; my legs have muscles I've never thought I had, and a big part is because of those exercises I used to like less. I kept pushing; those always are inviting me to constantly challenge myself. Thanks, Caroline!

I've been waiting for this one! We need to name the chair! New mascot! :) I was proud of myself for getting through this! Two nights of not great sleep before and after a full day of my daughter's volleyball tournament, but I wasn't going to let it affect my schedule! I feel great. and tired! Thanks, Caroline!

I legitimately did not think I could do this finisher. Renegade rows are impossible. But hey - whadayaknow? I did it and I sincerely cannot believe that I did. Yoga block on the back and all! Hope all my Epic pals are feeling the warmth of accomplishment from that one!

Caroline. the way you hang in there with us is what makes you stand out the most! You don't throw clips of yourself from past workouts. you do them with us and thank you so much! I say. if Caroline is doing this. then so can I! You are an inspiration!

I forgot how much I love pyramid workouts and Caroline made yet another exceptional workout! The first 20 seconds of each exercise was deceptively easy and you knew what you were getting into-absolutely loved it! Thank you Caroline! --

I love this workout! I've done it many times, but it's always a challenge, and it's a lot of fun because of the pyramid version. I only do it with a weight of 2x5kg, but it still works my muscles thoroughly. Thanks a lot Caroline!

Day 34 (finally) done! - The pyramid thing allows us to really concentrate on the way we perform the movement, I really liked that one. Thank you Caroline! -

Beast mode definitely kicked in on that finisher and I just couldn't believe how fast I was repping them out! Great workout as always, thank you Caroline!

-Caroline--Great workout as always. One thing I struggle with is amount of weight: am I doing to light or too heavy. Any recommendations?
