Here we go! Fun ahead! The entire body will be in action today with the heart rate elevated- short work period with short rest! The timer will be on for 20 seconds per exercise with 10 seconds rest inbetween each set! We simply complete 4 sets of each exercise! There are 14 exercises to work through! Time will fly by! All you will need for this high intensity workout is your mat and a bottle of water nearby! Low impact alternatives will be provided throughout! A simple way to change most mov involving hopping back is to step back one foot at a time, and of course with burpees, simply leave out the jump at the top! PUSH UP BURPEES SQUAT TO SIDE STEP SQUAT (one side) PUSH UP TO ONE ARM EXTEND (one side) SQUAT, LUNGE, LUNGE PLANK TO ALT FOOT REACH CROSS LEG SQUAT JUMP LEAN BACK TO PUSH UP CURTSEY JUMP (one side) DONKEY KICKS A LTERNATING LUNGE JUMPS DEADSTOP PUSH UPS A LTERNATING LUNGE JUMPS CROUCH TO FROG X1 LEG HOVER TO DRIVE (one side) HOLLOW TO X1 SIDE SPRINT SIT UP FINISHER! 50 x PLANK TO CROUCH 50 x PLANK TO TUCK I have always loved incorporating within HIIT movements that involve the core for high reps and this is no different with the finisher, burpees, push up to one arm and even the donkey kicks coming to hover inbetween! These movements, although you may notice your heart rate elevated, the entire body including the core is being strengthened! Fast paced! Once you begin, you-ll be in the zone! And the finisher is such a brilliant combination of lower, upper and core! -- And then it-s WEEK 8! Unbelievable!

Omg, this is crazy! Tbh I was too tired to stretch at the end of yesterday when I finally finished the finisher. and today I regretted for not stretching so badly! Both my legs/thighs and my arms are crying and I could barely get up from a chair or squat down to the floor let alone walking faster to cross the street or going up a flight of stairs. man they hurt! But mentally very satisfied with all the hard work I put into yesterday. Thank you Caroline for always challenging me and pushing my limits! You don't even know me but I'm really ready appreciating you!

Every time I am struggling during one of these super challenging HIIT workouts I think back to when I started in Epic I and could only do 4 jump lunges before having to stop and recover, or could only do 20% of the workout before I felt exhausted and had to stop. I feel so proud of myself for how far I have come and grateful to Caroline for all of this amazing content that continues to make me stronger. I look forward to what is next after Epic! I know it will be amazing.

I enjoy every single workout always challenging never gets easier on the contrary it challenges you and get stronger no matter what level you are you will see progress, love the approach and the tools provided, calendar, nutrition guide tips I am grateful that you share this. I love all of the workout outfits specially the shorts they look so comfortable and has that skirt effect I hope you can share were they can be purchased.

This was the only Epic Endgame workout I had missed so I made it up today between 48 and 49. After this weeks Bulgarians and pushup days, I swear this helped workout some of that lactic acid in my muscles. I just might die now though!

After a week gap, I have started again. Caroline's workouts have motivated me to get better day by day and I've stuck to the programme.

Had to come back to this HITT as I wasn't feeling well on day of. Glad I did. This was fun and fast paced! Time flew by! This is why I wont let a Caroline workout go missing. --

What a wonderful workout, I really enjoyed this one, the finisher was really tough did have to keep pausing to catch my breathe at times but overall happy. Thank you Caroline.

This killed me but feeling amazing! Sucks that I had to take pretty long breaks for the finisher but it was so damn challenging. -

Just ate huge takeout before this wich very much gave me the energy I needed to get through as I wasn't feeling 100%
