Ugh my arms are so not fit for this. the only arm muscles i have are the ones that allow me to to a simple plank for 2 minutes. Leg workouts are some what easy for me and ab workouts are medium. I have been neglecting my arms so much because i didnt think i need to work them out then i realized that my shoulders look a little to small so i decided to fix that and this hurts so much cri

Hello chloe, I see the result you have, But do not practice with heavy weight, and do not use the equipment which is made of iron(metal)because over time it can damage the joints. Instead, use a water or sand-filled equipment. Try to practice with INDIAN CLUBS(Which is made of wood)I recommend you jogging on a fresh air in the morning.

i only got 75% of the way done wih the video before i could do no more. working out on your period is 10x harder; who else feels that way when it's that time of the month? it's like the energy just gets sucked out of you. hopefully next time i can do the entire thing without stopping.

This was my 2nd day doing this and it was way more difficult than yesterday. I did do the intense ab workout right before on both days. I have noticed some definition on my obliques and abs since doing the ab workout for the past month or so. Thanks for the videos Chloe

Its SO motivating when the music matches up with the moves in Round 2 with mountain climbers, it was so motivating The intro to this is really motivating too. Im writing this as my face and back are sweating, and I just got done catching my breath. I love this one.

I've gotten better the moves in this workout. For example, I did the mountain climbers both times without resting when I couldn't before. When you said That's it for round 1, take a break and then start round 2 I was like, but I did round 2 even better than round 1
