Hi Chloe I've been doing your 10mins abs workout and today is my 3rd day of your 15mins super sets. I love challenging myself after a long stressful day at work, I found myself more energetic and positive. BTW, I like your lower outfit, what kind of leggings is that? I have one here but my friend said it was for pregnant hehehe. just wanna know what do u call that? Wanna buy someday coz I feel the workout when I have that. Thank you for sharing your videos

I love this workout because it feels very short. I'm so used to doing an exercise for 40-50 seconds straight. The workout has mountain climbers and spider planks which I have grown to hate so much but I definitely feel the improvement. The first time I did this workout was in the morning and I ate nothing prior, very bad idea I wanted to vomit and had the worst headache

I've manage to gain some muscles here and there, but really straggling with lower belly fat even though I notice it shrink a lil bit by doing your latest vid on Lower abs. Anyways you mention somewhere in your video you get your abs in a month or soCan u do that program in your next video that would really help thx: )Keep up the good work

I need helpI haven't eat in 5 day, I'm so tired that I can't do anything but lay on my bed I want to lose weigh so badly that I don't have appetite anymore. I'm trying to do this workout but it's just tiring me out so badly that I end up falling on the floor. I don't know what to do and I'm so disappointed in myself

I loooove your videos, and with following you i lost already like 1. 5 kgs and i'll definitly continue following One question, why don't u start telling how many calories does every workout burn, or aprocimately? It would be very usefull. but its just a suggestion. love ur vids and just continue like this

hi chloe ting. i hope you gonna read this. can you have some standing abs exercises? because i've been jogging aweek a go and after jogging to loosen up i wanted to have some standing abs exercise to burn more fats and enhance my abs to be more emphasize hope you could consider this

I realised a lot of your cardio or HIIT includes a lot of jumps, would you be able to film one with not so many jumps? My job involves me doing a lot of walking and running around I basically don't get to sit at all, after all these jumps I couldn't manage at work hahah, thank you.

Thanks for another great workout I have been doing more weights recently rather than cardio but I actually got through this even though I wouldnt have been able to a few weeks ago. Been following along with heaps of your abs/legs vids though so they must have helped: D

When i tried this first time i did successfully but it has been 3 days second try is awful, 6 minutes left i had to stop couse my heart will burst: ( Whyyyy? I rest couple of minutes and i am going on. Is that ok?
