10 Tips To LOSE WEIGHT Easy Lifestyle, Diet and Workouts Training Resistance Training HIIT Cardio Fat Burning Sustainable Nehir: I want to share sth with you. I'm studying in a high school now. My height is about one hundred sixty centimeters and weight is about 54-55 kilos. When I was in 8th grade, I didn't care about food and ate lots of fast food. I just eat whatever I want and gain lost of kilos ( was 58 kilos. When summer comes, I decided to go on a diet and lost 4 kilos. In whole summer, I nearly didn't eat any chocolate or sth. But when the high school started, my desire to eat started again and ate more than in the summer. But there is a contradictoriness in my mind. I want to lose weight and look fit but at the same time, I wanna eat more and more. I argue in my mind; one side in my mind says don't extra food or chocolate and the other side says eat whatever you want as long as you are happy. For some days in a week, I can limit myself but the rest of the week I fail to myself. Sometimes I really need to someone to motivate me. I'm not having anorexia but I always have contradictoriness in my mind and can't escape from it. If you take few minutes to read it and write some suggestions, you I would really appreciate. Thank you

I would like to add that everything that your body is doing is doing so to keep a mutual balance within itself. If you are not getting enough sleep (like the example you gave, your body will produce the stress hormone, which will lead to more of the hunger hormone because your body is trying to make up for energy loss due to the lack of sleep. It's like when you starve yourself. You may end up gaining more weight in the end because your body is trying to balance itself by turning the food you eat into fat so it can use that fat as energy for the next time you starve yourself. Not drinking enough water may cause you to bloat because your body thinks there is a shortage of water, so it's going to store all the water it can store so that it can use the stored water for your normal bodily functions. our bodies are one big cause and effect cycle. By getting into the habit of eating healthy, drinking the desired amount of water, and exercising regularly will keep your body balanced. thanks for making this video Chloe: )

Your shelves behind you are filled with such beautiful shoes Great videos, so helpful and inspiring when I've had a bad week of calorie in take and not enough exerise; it's all about planning your calories, meals and even drinks. Otherwise I go off trackI've only had 2 and a half hours of exerise this week. I do almost an hour or more of walking 5 days of the week to get to and from work as well, also sometimes during my breaks. Mainly walking is not enough though, the rest of the body needs attention too Because of your informative videos however I did a test on myself of drinking only water for 5 days in a row and the water in my retention in my legs dropped dramatically I switched again to black coffee, herbal tea and water that I was having before, for experimenting the differences, my legs have started to swell again. Water is the drink of the heavens

1. I try to drink 8 glasses of water per day and it really helps2. I try to go to bed around 9pm every night so I can wake up at 5: 30am to work out 3. I try to eat vegetables 2-3 times per day Especially my greens4. Ever since I started my weight loss journey, I definitely try to eat less and if I do I order a salad or something light5. Ive given up ALL processed food b/c I want to avoid the added fat6. I try to steer clear of pasta b/c I tend to overeat b/c carbs dont make me feel full7. I always measure out my food before I eat to make sure Im not eating too much or too little 8. I do your workouts all the time and I love getting my sweat on9. I lift 2lb weights b/c my arms are HUGE and I dont like it10. I used to vacuum but now I clean the bathroom

That was so helpful They say it takes around 21days to get used to a new lifestyle so switching your snack to healthier options like fruit and nuts, will do such a great job on your body Actually because of exams I wasn't taking proper care of my diet, still healthy but more fats and carbs and that lead to increasing my cellulite, but now it has almost been a week that I have cleaned my diet and most cellulite was goneHealthy lifestyle+daily exercise is the key

I am really grateful that you came to my life, I've never been so motivated at losing weight and shaping my body. For 17 years I never eat healthy food but I am not overweight, when I saw you, I began to eat healthy food and mainly salads (I hate salad since I was born) but thankyou Chloe you made me conquer my hatred towards healthy food and you inspire my life BTW your intense ab workout is the one that I'm doing right now routine (There's so much differences)

My sleep patern alternates from regular hours of sleep at night to 8 hour of sleep during the day to 3 hours of sleep in a 24 hour period to 3 hour at night and 3 hours during the day, half my liquid intake is either beer or coffee, and it's not uncommon for me to eat 1. 5 quarts of ice cream in an hour or a whole large pizza. I don't recommend any of what I described but I am 5'10, weigh 140lbs, and run a mile in 7 minutes.

Thank you Chloe for teaching me circuit training for HIIT before this I was just a cardio bunny on the treadmill & elliptical. Now I LOVE your circuits and I even downloaded the workout timers so that I could complete them on time and how HIIT should be. Love from KL: ) And I love yor Aussie accent.
