Maybe this will keep me motivated: Day 1: wow I never realized how not flexible my legs areAlso I can't do any of the jumping ones, because I'm doing this in my room at midnight and everyone in my house is sleeping, so I've been replacing the jumping ones with some of the other excercises, if you have a better idea let me know. For those who are interested, my New Year's Resolution is to lose weight. So, just wanna say I'm actually training with this workout. Just 15-25min per day. I've been doing this for a week and a half and i've lost 2-2. 5kg and my abs are much flat than before. My goal is to weight 58 more or less. My current weight is 64-65 so if u wanna see the progress just make this comment seen for so many people to respond to you guys. Edit: btw, my height is 1, 65 lol

Hi am doing your 28 days and lower abs exercise every other day and every 4th day 35 days butt exercise if your. Am seeing very good results in abs reduced by 2 increase in 1. 5 months but my ass also got decreased by 1 inch which I never wanted. Please help dont know what to do I just want to loose belly fat not my add, I will be getting married in next 4 months please please help

im gonna do this for three weeks straight with one rest day each weekday 1: i was exhausted and my abs hurt so bad. just to be clear i have a triangular shaped body with narrow hips and wide shoulders. im extremely pudgy around my lower stomach and abs. i hope this works. im already eating relatively healthy, but now im gonna cut out unneeded sugars completely.

I've been doing this workout since 7th September every single day. I weighted 59kg and now I weight 48kg. I do it combined with 2 other of Chloe's videos and I swear it's worthy. These workouts changed my life and the way I use to treat myself. I totally recommend and encourage anyone to do them
