Favourite Booty Exercises Top 10 Glute & Leg Exercises frostriana: Hi chloe I just want to thank you for doing these health and fitness videos, they seriously helped me a lot in achieving the results I wanted. I used to dislike HIIT Cardio workouts but because of you they are now my absolute favorite. (I now understand the true meaning of 'quick and intense' ) Plus, eversince I started doing your ab routines I noticed I started to gain abs I didn't know I could have like my obliques Your arm workout also helped me make my stick arms look a little less like sticks; they now look like sticks with a little filling lol. Your advices also helped a lot; especially with my huge bloating problem. I have still a long way to go, but I'm getting closer everyday to my fitness goal/s, and you are one of the major people who helped me achieved that Currently, I started doing one of your back workouts and am looking forward to hopefully see some results (along with your other workouts of course hehe) Again thank you and I totally look forward to all your videos

For all of you wondering, here are the exercises: 1) weighted low bar squats 2) sumo deadlifts3) hip thrust with weights4) lunges ( all types of variations that you like)5) kneeling squats with Smith machine 6) donkey kicks with Smith machine7) hip abductor ( you can do variation like standing in the air to work more on your glutes)8) leg press 9) fire hydrants/ donkey kicks with resistance bandPersonal experience: feel free to change/swap some exercises, everyone is different and the burning feeling is different for each person. For example, i personally dont really feel the burn with kneeling squats so I replace it with bulgarian squats/ kettlebell swings or pull through. Just listen to your body you may not feel the same way as your friend or as Chloe for example. :)

my thighs are massive to begin with so I'm really hoping to do more hip thrusts with weights. The problem I face is getting the weights onto my hips? because my arms can't lift the weights that my hips could do (idk if this makes sense) I also get a lot of bruises on my hips after: (

What brand of resistance bands do you use/recommend? Maybe do a video on workout accessories/assistance you like to use - resistance bands, ankle weights, etc. Thank you I love your videos, I literally use them at the gym every day xoxo

I have been doing some of her exercises that she recommended in one of her videos. but its been a month already and I don't see a difference, am I doing something wrong? please help.

Hi Chloe. You're such an inspiration when it comes to health and fitness. Can you tell your weekly fitness routine on average? Like how often you do abs, legs, etc. exercise a week?

My god the memories. About 2 years ago in 6th grade we were doing a writing test and when I spelled favourite with the u in it my teacher kept marking it wrong i hated him so much.

I love that your workouts incorporate weights cause that's how you build real booty. but most of us are watching from our floors at home. lmao
