You should try doing more of GHD (Glutes Hamstring Development) machine if it is available at your gym. it is very good for glutes and hamstring. I love her and all but I'm unfollowing because all she posts now is fitness videos and the main reason most people followed you was for the beauty and fashion related vids plus Vlogs. Not saying she can't change or anything it would have been fine if she posted at least one sometimes

Chloe, can you do the wrong form so that we know what is wrong? For example, during back extension you said not to arch your your back but i dont really get it unless i see you do the wrong form. So maybe next time, you can try to do it wrongly just as a learning guide

Hey I love your HIIT workouts, I do them 5 times a week and I'm seeing fast results. It would be awesome if you can touch on upper back fat and slimming the upper body down while keeping the lower body built. Any insight will be awesome Thank you

it's middle of night right now for me but I'm going to the gym tomorrow morning and start doing this one 3 to 4 times a week let's see what happens, I'll update
