These are my favourite exercises for my back. I do these regularly to build the muscles and strength on my back. My back looks more muscular when i'm performing the exercises but i promise you it doesn't look so muscular when I'm not flexing. Having upper body strength is important in my opinion and having defined back and shoulders is what I'm working for
