leg extended crunches and russian twists are my #1 go to workouts i love them so much along with planks and just doing dance for fun as cardio: P i tried doing this after jogging in place for 15 minutes and i feel great (expectually since i havent eatten healthy for the past week. I been eatting like 5-15 cookies a day. i didnt gain fat. i dont think unless i did in my thighs and i never knew about it. heh)

Honestly, I've tried a LOT of at-home workout routines, but I've never found any that made me want to repeatedly work out as much as yours. Loving the no equipment routines If I manage to get those pounds gained because of my anxiety meds, I'll be very happy Thank you so much for posting those videos, and for managing to make me enjoy working out. :)

I haven't tried this yet, but thank you so much for your detailed videos it is so helpful that you do the exercises with us and have the timer/countdown so much more helpful than other videos where they only show us for a few seconds and then i have to keep rewinding the video to rewatch. Thank you Chloe I hope I can grow my non-existent booty

Chlo one thing I have to say is I HATE getting to the end of the workout and then finding out I need to do it all over You should just include all 4 reps (which you might be doing now bc I think you did it in another vid you did) anyways love you still a great burn here I go again lol

Alright, I did this video workout twice. It's fun, and the lunge to high knee gets quite tough. The rest I did with ease, though, so I'll probably add some weight next time _ Thank you for the workout and your videos in general They always restore my motivation

Hi Chloe I'm one of your teen fans. Can I request a video about calves? Since I started your workout I've lost weight and feel much much better than before. But my calves are still big, not because of the fat, it's because the muscle. Thank you so so much

Ive been sick, so I havent worked out in 2 weeks (I got sick right after working out when it started, so I was a bit scared it would happen again lol) and I saw this while thinking about working out so I decided to get back into it Thanks for this: )

This one was a killer I could only do it once through, but I'm going to do it at least three times a week for the next four weeks Hoping that by the end of the next four weeks, I'll be able to go through the entire workout twice. Thank you
