Hey Chloe. this is regarding sth that's been bugging me a lot ever since i started working out. i can never do a push up. i tried a lot of strength training for my arms to make them strong enough to support my whole body weight but it hasnt helped me much. can u tell me if sth can be done abt it or at least alternative exercise to be done in its place so that i dont have to break in between my workouts to skip that. i usually do a regular plank for that time duration but i dont think it gives the same effect. please help me out dear

Okay I'm going to start this today I'll be doing some face workouts, leg workouts, an workouts, arm workouts, cardio and muffin top workouts along with this. I'll be doing this workout every Tuesday. I might go running every day as well. Oh yeah I also do dance twice every week. Weight(now) - 55kgWeight(goal) - 43kg. Height-5'4/5'5ishDay 1-(11/02/2020)So I ate a croissant for breakfast and then for lunch I had a sandwich, peach, tomatoes and a yogurt. After school I had macaroni with this meat and cucumber. I also had a slice of cake.

Yo sup chole, I was just Gonna ask if you can make another quiet exercise video but standing up; the reason is becuz I live in a small house and my room is upstairs if I make to much noise my mum thinks I've hurt myself. My room is the smallest in the house during the video i almost hit my head on my bookshelf. Kind regards a fan of yours: 3

I watching your videos from time to time and i have a questions: 1) Are u still on IF diet? How do u feel? Is it worth? 2) I want to start a good diet and exercices. How to began? Could you give me some tip how to start? For me your body looks exactly like i want to look like. Not too skinny not too much body just in perfect shape line

is it best to workout in the morning or night because i feel like if you workout in the mornings you burn your actual fat and in the night you burn the calories you have ate that day? if that makes sense lol. any opinions on which is better?

is there any workout for smaller shoulders because i went swimming for 2weeks straight but that was like 2years ago but i still have so wide shoulders and like no hips what can i do?

Chloe I absolutely love your videos but could you please do one specifically upper back fat Ive been doing everything i can to shred my back but nothing seems to be helping
