I've been suffering from chronic bloating, cramps, etc for the longest time and I have been looking to solve these issues once and for all through natural remedies. I found myself a Naturopathic, Ayurvedic Functional Medicine Doctor - Dr Stephen Cabral who I've consulted with in the last 6 months. Part 1 - This video This video documents the background of my issues, the test kits I used to discover hard facts about my body, and I talk about the issues that were found. Part 2 - The 2nd video touches on my first step to recovery as I undergo a 7 day detox to heal my liver, and detox harmful toxins from my body. This video touches on why it is important to detox, followed by a documentation of my experience on what I consumed for a week, and the end results. A detox is known for various benefits including weight loss, anti-aging and improving general wellbeing. Part 3 - The 3rd video documents my real thoughts and experience going through the gut protocol 2 weeks in and what the bacteria die off symptoms feel like. And the final part 4 will be out some time after the gut protocol and will cover the process, my experience, and most importantly, my end results. Will I finally not suffer from bloating? Please know that I'm putting this video together purely for informational purposes. Everyone is different and everyone needs their own professional diagnosis. I am not being paid to promote my doctor over another and I am only promoting the message to consider curing yourself naturally before taking harsh pharmaceutical medicine, which is what cause my health problems in the first place. If you're interested in learning more about Dr Cabral, you can read up about him here: - Tests I did: Please do leave a comment below with questions and I'll try my best to answer all of them

I have have no idea whats wrong with me lol. I went through a major weight loss journey, and I have lost a total of 40+ lbs. ( Im 5 ft, and I started from 166 lbs to my current weight of 124 lbsBut now im in the stage where I cant lose the remaining 10 lbs, and my belly isnt really going away. Its really frustrating since that is my biggest insecurity. The bad thing is that I developed an eating disorder where I would eat 500-700 calories for a week, and then eat normally on the weekends since my parents take me out to eat all the time. I formed this twisted way of thinking that the only way to get rid of my belly is to eat that little, while my other half of my brain is like Keep exercising and eat healthy But I just cant, I slip into this awful eating patters easily. Since Im in college Im able to eat as little as possible since Im by myself, but at home I tend to eat more since others are around. I've been stuck on 124-125 for a month now, and I havent made any progress. The holidays didnt really help since I was eating a lot too( i didnt really gain weight during this time luckily) But I noticed that I get bloated really easily tooI'm honestly stuck, and I have no idea what to do. I really want to see a nutritionist, and see if certain foods are causing this.

You mentioned you lost your period, would you make a more detailed video about this? I experience some of the health issues you suffer from too like bloating, indigestion, gut issues and loss of period. For us eating healthy and exercising regularly getting to suffer from these issues is a shame. Doctors say that the cause as to why I lost my period is because Im eating too little, in fact I eat around 2000 calories a day and eat more when i exercise to properly fuel myself. It just doesnt make sense to me. I truly believe the cause mustve been from lack of sleep to recover and poor digestion since it takes up the majority of the energy to digest the food. Last year I went on a weight loss journey which was very slow but I lost the weight and now Im just trying to get leaner and toned by building lean muscle while losing fat. Im at a healthy weight 52 kg or about 116 lbs and my height is 166cm or 54. Im even stuffing myself with food to get enough nutrients even when Im not hungry, but doctors still claim Im in starvation mode because of the loss of my period. I would really appreciate if you made a video about this topic and how you deal with it and what I can do to get my period back without unnecessarily gaining the weight back.

I relate this too much. Suffered with this for 4 years. Ibs, bloat, pain, depression, fatigue. Ive gotten better but still have symptoms every once in a while and one of the worst ones is bloating extremely after exercising. Any exercise really. I used to bloat after drinking water, or having a bite of food. Ive tried every med in my country. I live in Lebanon, where i cant even test for sibo, which i did think i might have. Nothing is impossible to solve. The person i was past three years and person i am now are incomparable. I was extremely unhealthy and the bloat is what made me the most depressed. Maybe even hearing the word would make me feel like crying. Eat healthy, have yogurt, natural yogurt is basically the best probiotic, and drink anise, try the amy Myers sibo breakthrough kit. Its natural and was the most effective med i Had tried. Took it with a balanced diet. Cut onions and garlic. They made me the sickest. And seems to affect a lot of the people i know. And DONT STRESS. Easier said than done. When i became less stressed, I started healing. doing all these 3 made me heal about 80%. Thats good enough for me to accept and will keep working on getting better.

Oof, I have most of the same symptoms except it's been hard for me to GAIN weight. I've been pushing and pushing myself to eat more to gain weight but now I've fallen into a state of depression. Additionally, I know that if I fall off track and start messing up, my weight will fall off very quickly I still workout and stuff, but I get fatigued throughout the day, cry at random moments alone, and stress about everything whilst pretending I'm not stressed. I bloat after eating like a crumb or something, its like a bloated 6 pack or something. When I wake up I'm flat and when I don't eat for a long period of time it goes away. I also have an additional symptom where for some reason, all my life, I get excess mucus after eating and I always wake up with a stuffy nose that goes away in the afternoon and comes back late at night. I can think of a million things that is wrong that I just assume is normal and never go to the doctor for. which, i don't have time, money, or constant transportation at the moment for that type of doctor. I will one day though Thanks for the video.

I hug all you guys, we share the same problem. I'm only 20 and my body is in a good shape, but because of this bloating issue I had pregnant stomach pretty often and hated myself for that. I was also exposed to binge eating of junk food and sweets (I was eating and crying at the same time bc I just couldn't stop, that was horrible) what led to even worth bloating and stomach ache. But one day I just said enough. I quitted sugar as I found out that it causes overeating and switched to whole foods instead. And OMG guys, I feel MUCH better as two weeks of my new lifestyle passed. I also try to eat slowly in a calm atmosphere which is supposed to contribute to better digestion. Today is my first day of Hourglass program and I'm superexcited about it. I share my support to you guys and please try to eat WHOLEFOODS which is the key point here. Hugs

This was so helpful I've had almost all of these symptoms but I wasn't really sure what to do about it. About 6 months ago I was really ill with fevers and after recovering from those I noticed that I had really bad bloating (more than normal) and no energy The doctors kept doing blood tests, and could see that I had been previously I'll but couldn't find a cause so I just stopped going in the end. I then watched a webinar about gut health and have seen a major difference when I tried to stick to foods that are easy for my gut to digest and I have been trying to detox went I can aswell. I still have e problems with food sensitivities, even right now I don't know what to have from breakfast because I know my stomach will not be happy with almost anything it seems. So I guess I should ask my doctor's to do the same tests as what you had?

Great video Actualy i had really similar problems. I had massive bloating every day almost all day, also my situation in a toalet wasnt so nice. It was soo terrible to live with this. My father is an alergologist but he couldnt help me, he did so many tests but he didnt find any alergy or something. So it was only up to me. I found out that i cant eat any oats or grains (with gluten or gluten-free) and also legumes, cabbage and mainly any kind of animal milk. Also i recognised that i feel better when i have for breakfast somethig like baked chicken with potatoes or another food which i would normaly eat for lunch. I cant say that i am 100% healthy and normal person but now i feel for 300% better than i felt six month ago. I wish you to solve your problems too, because i know how terrible it could be.

Im only 15 going on 16 in a few months but Ive dealt with horrible period problems for a few years already. At first my period was lasting too long and then it was extremely heavy (to the point where Id go through the biggest and thickest pads in less than an hour) and then I got anemia. I also had the worst cramps ever. After that, my period stopped and I now have to take pills to start it. Ive gone through all these different pills lol. But another side effect of all of this was depression and anxiety. I missed a lot of school days due to my period which led to piles of homework that I couldnt keep up with. I got more and more depressed and I procrastinated like crazy. Im a lot better now but Im now in a program where I do my homework at home and online: )

I have had tests for my bloating and it turns out i dont have parasites or bacteria problems. Its all to do with my stretchy organs and skin and hyper mobility, possible EDS (being tested for that atm) and PCOS. I eat healthy 98% of the time and exercise even when very weak and chronically fatigued. I find that doing yoga helps a lot with bloating and helps make it easier for the muscle fibers to relax in my stomach and bowls to make it flatter. Even when i need to pee my intestines will bloat like a water balloon which is embarrassing and uncomfortable but once i have been it goes down again. So glad im not alone though with bloating problems. Its hell some days even though im not eating foods im intolerant to and take care of myself as much as i can.

Hi My sister is a biology researcher and has Crohn disease which led her to cutting a part of her bowel and having to use a bowel bag for several months. As it is a chronic disease, the modern medicine has a life medication with mainly corticoids. She has made many researchs regarding the subject since it's her speciality and she came up with a diet that literally saved her life and might help you with your bloating. Basically, it's a gluten free, lactose free and glucose free diet. No sugar whatsoever, no gluten even the slightest amounts, no lactose (I know you are lactose intolerant as well) and this diet is really amazing because it did everything that those medication would have done minus the side effects
