I have been anorexic for about 5 years. I hated my body so much and thought that I need to lose weight to be able to accept myself. But even when I was so thin that I was close to organ failure it still wasn't enough for me. I had to gain weight to find my way back into normal life and really struggled with my body getting more squishy. But instead of refusing to eat I startet doing your workouts instead and that helped me a lot. First of all; I really enjoy the workouts. After doing some challenges I kept doing different workouts a day, depending on what I feel like. Also; when you want to be able to put full energy into the workouts you need to eat enough (and healthy. I've almost reached an healthy weight and finally can look in the mirror without being completely disgusted. To everyone thinking about starving themselves to lose weight; Don't do that. It can get addictive very fast and anorexia will destroy so many aspects of your life. Better eat healthy and do some workouts; That will also make you look (and feel) tone and fit instead of just skinny fat.

As a lazy persoon who hates sports, loving sweets and not being satisfied with my belly fat, I can say after doing this workout for 8 days (no other workouts, just this 10min workout each day): I've seen progress. I can imagine how you feel, trying to motivate yourself but feeling it doesn't work out anyway. after a really long time something snapped in me and the exercises are almost exciting. Seeing my belly became a little smaller in such a short time, I'm even more motivated. I did eat those cookies in front of me, because in this progress it's about being nice to yourself. I did not any cheat days, but I was more thoughtful about what to eat. I just wanted to share my story to show you, even though I never comment on YouTube videos. Something useful: eat smaller amounts of food, and skip the scale in your bathroom more often, because being strict is not going to work (in my situation. You can do it

Day 4 complete I'm loving how I notice improvements in my body, and I'm not talking visual, but ability Already I'm developing more endurance and strength. I've learned how to breathe properly when working out. Learning it's best, most beneficial, and absolutely OKAY to focus on form more than repetition I've ALWAYS struggled with lunges, and I CAN DO THEM NOW WHAT? YES Today, I successfully completed up down planks I'm loving this program. I feel like death at times when I'm in the midst of it, but it's so rewarding. helps me reach my water drinking goal each day too. For anyone struggling with core engagement, prior to starting this program I was doing random home workout I came up with. I always started with a plank, and it helped me learn to engage my core.

I'm going to be doing this exercise at least once a day for a week, with the egg diet. So wish me luck guys. I don't have a scale but my waist measurement is 35 inches. March 1st: It was really hard but never impossible. I skipped like three exercises and took many breaks but completed itMarch 2nd: Completed, wasn't easier but did more than I did yesterdayMarch 3rd: Did it again and the amount of results I'm seeing is crazy. I'm very emotional rnMarch 4th: March 5th March 6th: took a rest today, btw I ended the egg diet March 7thIt's March 13th, I'm still doing it. I skipped two days tho

I've done the 2 week challenge well I did it for 4 weeks my measurements were the same, even tho I stopped junk food and all that, now I'm at this challenge I'm at the 16th day and I'm still the same, all these videos showing me how people lost inches while I'm here losing nothing but motivation day by day. On the other hand my endurance has increased and I am stronger and feeling more muscle when I tense them up but there is no physical changes, am I doing something wrong or do I need more time? Am I the only one or what?

Im literally doing the whole program. I stopped on day 2 because my stomach was sore so I didnt want to overdue it. I did an additional workout by another for curvy and wider hips, its now day 3 and I am able to do the workout video completely through now, like Im building up the stamina. It hurt like crap the first day but its easier now. Still I get winded a lot but not as much as day 1.

I am already skinny but I have a growing belly fat on the lower part of my stomach. So I believe this could be the right workout for me. I really thank you for sharing us this video and for encouranging us all. For me, this is just not a workout coz I've tried your other workout routines, and it made me feel healthy and refreshed. So I really thank you again Ms. Chloe Ting

In case anyone has troubles engaging the core muscles, here's a trick that always works for me when I feel like my core isn't engaged enough: Go into a tabletop position and tense your core muscles as if somebody was to punch into your stomach. While keeping your muscles tensed, proceed to breathe normally. This is how your core should feel when you engage it the right way.
