I tried 6 different face exercises everyday for 30 days to try to get a slimmer face. I share my before and after measurements and results. Was it worth it? I have had chubby cheeks for the longest time and it's one of the most asked questions I get

To get rid of facial fat, it's pretty much the same as thunder thigh fat. I had a friend with really big thighs that she hated, and thought that jogging would get rid of them. Wrong I told her that she needed to punch or pound on her thighs for about 3-5 minutes (when it begins to hurt, that's when you stop, and then do side leg lifts. She didn't believe me, but to humour me, she started doing it and within 3 months her thunder thighs were completely gone. Happiest buddy I ever had after that. haha Now, with facial fat. you have to do the same only more gently. Don't actually punch your cheeks but push on them several times or make a fist and slightly hit your cheeks with your knuckles. What you need to do is break up the fat and then do the exercises. Fat inside our bodies forms in large clumps, not little ones, so when you break the fat up and then exercise, its breaks the fat down, and passes through the body.

I know it is good to look younger than you actually are with chubby cheeks but its SO ANNOYING People tend to just randomly squeeze my cheeks and Im going to be 13 soon but look like Im 10. I have a spaghetti stick body but a chubby face. I guess all my baby fat stayed on my cheeks and sometimes, I dont even get allowed into PG movies

Not certain about the points made but, if anyone else wants to learn about best exercises for a double chin try Letza Amazing Face Lessons ( search on google )? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my cousin got amazing success with it.

I will say if you keep it up it will help you with anti-aging. keep your face look much more Tighter and not saggy that's the benefit of doing the exercises but I guess you're really young so that's not your concern for now

Chubby cheeks are cute, yes. But I have a double chin and everytime I lie on my back (which is the only position I can sleep in) I can feel my double chin and then I have a feeling of throwing up.

I have chubby cheeks. when I smile I look like a full Moon and Im not asian so it looks not cute: / it looks like I swallowed melon and it stuck.

my face used to be allllll sinched and all but I was too skinny and now that I gained weight another chin is trying to say hi but no thanks hunny
