For my new years resolution, I was inspired by this video to complete 15, 000 steps per day. So far, all I've seen is improvements in so many areas. For those curious souls, yes, I have lost weight. On top of that, I've lost a tremendous amount. Last year I had participated in almost every one of Chloe's programs, yet I saw not half as much change as I have with walking. I last weighed myself in December: I was 60kg/132lbs. Now, as in today [18th Jan 2020], I weigh 58kg/127lbs. As well as that, I've seen more than just improvement on the scales: I'm slimming down in terms of waist line and thighs, which I have always found to be troubling to slim. I have also felt better mentally, I'm energetic up until bed time, I'm happier, and making far healthier choices in life. As for food, calories etc, I've not been eating clean, as in always eating fruit and veg and avoiding junk foods. I've eaten what I want, but never over ate - I stayed under 1600 calories every day.

Hey Chloe I absolutely love your workouts because not only do they work for me (which lots dont, but youre also so genuine. You talk realistically about goals, how tough your workouts are, your personal problems, and much more. The fact that you post them all for free is amazing and shows how you genuinely want to help people and not just make money. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication If its not too much to ask, I was wondering if you could make a New Years workout challenge. Heaps of people want to lose weight and exercise as one of their New Years Resolutions so this would be really helpful. I got this idea from a comment I read earlier by Lilibeth Gallardo and I thought I would just comment about it as well because I think it is such a good idea Anyway, thank you so much Chloe for everything. We all love and appreciate you so much

Watch Dr. Berg. if you want to stop bloating, IF. You can start with eating your first meal at 11. 30 and second meal at 5pm. Eat protein as normal portion and increase a bit more fat in each meal so your hungry in between meal or before sleep. At the beginning, do low carb, cut to half of ana h meal or a quarter. Then you will see result, waking up, loving your flat stomach. Try to track nutritionTips#. Eat Yoghurt for a week. For a good taste, cook tzatziki and eat with crispy toast. Such a comfort food, so yummy and low cal, high protein. Continue walking, u will lose fat. Do every other day of that so it's good for your mentality. :) good luck. Greek food is great. Or rock climbing just 30 mins with your bf. dang you will lose weight so fast with IF

Guys, I commute every day to school and walk around 10, 000 steps a day. I was quite shocked when I had seen that I was suddenly losing weight but happy at the same time (obviously: ). During the holidays though, I ate whatever I wanted and already gained weight. It's a pity but I'll get back in shape as soon as school starts. I can't tell you how much weight I've lost as I didn't really care but in less than one month people were asking me what I've done to myself, if I was on a diet and things like that. So the difference was pretty noticeable. Really recommend u guys walking more. You can do it

thank you Chloe, and I have missed your videos. interesting enough, I would have to stop working out in January as I will have a minor surgery, and the only exercise I could do is WALKING thank God that your video came at a good time I was having all these thoughts in my mind, but you have reassured me that walking will do great to my mind and body still I'm so glad you feel better now. I hope you will continue to feel better and enjoy life. xoxo God bless you both always

tbh You need to not base your happiness on what you look like. I waisted my whole high school years worrying about my weight working out constantly, eating only salads oats and didn't have processed sugars for 4 years. I'm now 22 weighing more then I have but I'm not overweight and I'm really happy I try to eat healthily but will eat unhealthy when I go out with friends and don't beat myself up about it because your weight doesn't define who you are.

I've been following Chloe's workouts since September, I lost 10 lbs, lost 2 inches in my waist and gain an inch around my butt. I returned home for Christmas and gained it all back. But I'm not upset about it - life has its ups and downs and so does your weight. I'm enjoying spending time with my family, and when I fly back home I'll get back on track. Let's not put pressure on ourselves when we're having fun. Happy holidays everyone

Walking 8000 steps a day is realistic if you try to incorporate walking into your everyday life. Walk to the grocery store, go for a short run, walk your dog, go for a hike on the weekend. I walk 8000 steps alone every day on my way to university and back and doing so has helped me tons to control weight and improve my cellulite. Walking does something for your health and condition that working out can't do, so start walking people

I just wanted to say that, Chloe you inspire me SO MUCH I really love how you show yourself also when your body isnt perfect. I think its so great that theres people out here on the internet who also shows that its okay to not have a perfect body. Thank you for inspiring me so muchI also wanted to ask you if you maybe have some tips for teens? Not necessarily trying to lose weight but just trying to get fit?
