hii chloe! i love you so much. u have changed my life. i started my first program back in the beginning of april and now its almost the end of sept but today i have decided to return back to your programs. I have decided to do the 2 week shred 2019 one again because i feel its best fit for me or something? but i have done the 28 day flat tum, 4 week shred 2020, 2 week 2019. i lost almost 3 kgs but then since June I have been falling out of routine and everything and have put back on my weight, back to 69kgs. but i have to remember that the scale doesnt mean anything in my journey?

I just want to thank you chloe cause because of you only I went from 40 inches to 38. 5 to 36. 5 inches on my waist
I am not the type of person who works out but I tried your 2 week shred and it legit worked!
And today only I started your 2 weeks abs challenge!
I hope to complete that too!

I needed this video. The past week I have been low on motivation. The usual what's the point and is this really making a difference but seeing the various time span transformations from a couple weeks to a year helps and inspires me. Let's get healthy! Thank you Chloe

Today was supposed to be my first day of doing the 2 weeks Shred Challenge but I realized that I wasn t workout with the right playlist and was just doing random workouts. I will definitely make sure that I m doing the right workouts tomorrow

I finished your last 2 week shred and lost 3 inches off my waist and at least. 5-1 inch everywhere else! I didn t change my diet but I can definitely see a difference! Next challenge I m going to eat healthy and see how I dooo

I have completed 2019 2 weeks shred and 2020 2 weeks shred. I have lost 5 inches of belly fat. Thank you Chloe for these awesome programmes. Now I am on last week of Intense core challenge.
