Hi Chloe i really hope u see my comment, i recently started the 28 day shred challenge. it s been kind of tough for me. i am 5 0 and weigh about 150 Ibs i am not happy with my weight and i have a low self esteem. when i take pictures i think, if only i was thinner i would look better (this is smth i have never told anyone about. my family tells me to lose weight because i ve let myself go, i eat pretty unhealthy all the time and eat at midnight. i m really hoping for awesome results with this challenge, i m trying to eat better too. ILL TRY TO UPDATE (but not everyday )
Day 1: was super hard, i am so out of shape
Day 6: i am actually looking forward to exercise and it helps me feel better (like i m doing smth good ) but today s workout seriously kicked my butt cus i barely could do the ab workouts (i have a big belly ) but i m looking forward to the soreness i ll have tmw lol

I have a question. I have been working out but got lazy and I want to get back into it. I want to lose weight on my arms, thighs, and belly fat. It seems like I have a lot of fat there. But also wabt to improve my ass and legs. Its semi toned but want something that fits my description. Which challenge should I take?

11: 54 pm eastern time! Love U I ve done your challenges for 8 months straight just started the get fit with weights. 1st day yesterday and can t move today and that s with 8 months of ting challenge. so thank u for making me hurt AGAIN!
