Everyone who was going around sayping that Chloe has really easy exercises are going to shut up. I have been working out for 2 years and I can see how this program is going to level up every one even the beginners. Literally just wondering now what else will the haters say now?

Hi chloe please help me out i m quiet confused about work out. i feel i do too much exercise. usually i burn 600 calories in 50 minutes cardio. 6 days a week. please guide how much exercise should i do per day for weight loss please do reply thanks alot

Is there a routine which builds more muscles in other parts and not booty related
I have no intention to get peachyyy and want to build muscles and loose fat in other parts
