here's some advice that has helped me lose weight faster and get good results:
Do not workout in the kitchen. Lol I did that cause our kitchen had enough room to move in, but trust me, you'll just end up eating between breaks.
Everyone's body works different but if you want to lose fat more than carbs, then I recommend working out before breakfast. (I'm talking about high intensity workouts btw, you're burning more fat in low intensity workouts) I usually drink some coffee 30 mins before working out. (after I drink 2 glasses of water of course)
I've also noticed that starting a workout is harder than that actual workout. But come on, most of Chloe's workouts are only 10-20 minutes and you can do this!
Warm ups and especially cooldowns are important. You might not even feel sore and be more motivated to workout the next day.
You don't need to have a low-carb diet to lose fat. It is true that it can make you lose more fat than a low-fat diel but carbs are life! (the healthy ones lol I'm not talking about that pizza you just imagined in your head) just don't overeat and you'll be fine.
I recommend having a high-protein diet. I actually got faster results after I started eating more protein.
Challenge yourself! If you're doing the low impact exercises try one of the harder ones day by day. You'll be amazed by your progress! I really recommend this one cause you don't understand how stronger you got until you push yourself more!
Definitely take the rest days in the program. Cause your body works while you're resting. But if you really want to workout then some scretching or walks would be great!

And lastly: working out is not only for you to lose weight but it also helps you a lot mentally! I've never been this happier and positive my whole life.

I hate hate HATE working out. My question is, how do I get myself to love love LOVE working out? Is it cause I'm lazy because I don't know now? Like I really need advice.

I don't know about anyone else but when I do a chloe ting workout when those ads come on during rest time I let them run through the whole ad to sneak in a longer break

I know the warmup is optional on her new program, but please do them! warmups are so important and helps you get ready for the intense workouts after it
