Okay so Im gonna keep people updated. I wanna see if it worked for me. Day 1: was rough, I struggled through a lot of them but I completed it with much struggle. Took a lot of breaks. Day 2: its less rough than yesterday. Still struggled through some but it was easier. Took fewer breaks. But completed. Day 3: my form is definitely better than it was 2 days ago. I did have to take a lot of breaks because I didnt drink any water but if I wasnt dehydrated I wouldnt have. I still hate the burpees but Im good with almost everything else. Definitely gets easierDay 4: only took like one extra break but thats it. Definitely used to the workouts, Im not as tired as I was before. I breezed through the first set but struggled through burpees and the last exercise on the last setDay 5: its way easier than the first 2 days. Im getting the hang of it. I still hate doing the burpees so today I just did a plank. My form still isnt the best on the last exercise of the 2nd set but everything else is good. Already starting to see a differenceDay 6: its super easy to me now. I did the burpeee, I was iffy on them but I did good, I just didnt do the jump. My form is way better on the last exercise now on the 2nd set. Whoever just started you can do it Its get easier: )Day 7: its definitely easier at this point. Im used to all the exercises. Imma burpees are better and my form is pretty good on all of them. Keep going if you just started: )Day 8: gets easier as the days go on. Im way less tired. I also do different workouts after this one Keep going you got thisDay 9: super easy still. Definitely liking the results that I am seeing You got this if you just started: )Day 10: it was a bit difficult today cause my cramps were pretty bad today but I still pushed through. Day 11: still was a bit difficult due to cramps but it was easier. Keep pushing if youre at the beginningDay 12: easier with the cramps todayDay 13: took a 20 seconds break instead of 30 seconds in between the 2 sets. Still easy. Day 14: still going strong Just to challenge myself I do a 5 second break in between each workout and it definitely feels a bit harder which is good. You got this guys Keep goingDay 15: struggled through today cause I have a cold but still did the full workoutDay 16: still struggled cause Im still sick but still pushed through. Had to take a lot of breaks thoughDay 17: same as yesterdayDay 18: struggled a lot cause I pulled a muscle on my sideDay 19: easier than yesterdayDay 20: same as yesterday. 10 more days to goDay 21: same as yesterdayDay 22: same as yesterday Keep going guys 8 more days to goDay 23: same as yesterdayDay 24: didnt have time to do it todayDay 25: forgot to do itDay 26: struggled a bit for missing the last 2 days but I pushed through. Felt good to workout againDay 27: better than yesterday: )Day 28: it was easy: )Day 29: didnt feel like doing it today. Im slackingDay 30: all of you reached the last day Im going to makeup for it the next 3 days

It turns out I won't have enough motivation to do the 30 day challenge so instead I'm going to be doing the day 2 workouts for two weeks and see how that goes. I'll keep this updated. Day 1: Main goal is to get abs so here's my waist measurement and weight. Waist: 25. 7 inches/56 cm. Weight: 51. 8kg. There are some workouts that I absolutely hate and just won't do like burpees, for those I hold either I high plank or a low plank. I wear this winter jacket, not so thick but a bit furry to make myself sweat more, and keep it on for at least five minutes after the workout. Instead of changing what I eat I cut the amount by a little. I don't eat junk food much anyways so yeah. Day 4: I can see the 11 lines starting to form but they're not quite there yet. I was really stressed out this week due to school so I've been stress eating a bit. But tmr's Friday so my stress would probably be gone soon hopefully. Day 7: Could see clear 11 lines even without flexing, still not as toned as I want them to be but I'm definitely getting there: )

hey Chloe im on day 2 of your flat belly program and first day was great, almost gave up tho lol, and for some reason day 2 was even harder. i looked in the comments and I found that everyones been saying that their core is burning on day 2 etc, whereas I only feel pain in my thighs and arms. I have no idea what im doing wrong. I have no idea how to engage my core which is probably why I dont feel the burn? I may be wrong. if anyone has any ideas as to what im doing wrong id appreciate it if youd point it out

I'm on day two of the 30 day challenge (starting late I know) and I never suspected I would struggle as much as I am. Today I broke a light layer of sweat and its because i'm so exhausted from yesterday's workout. I don't necessarily need to lose weight either, im healthy for my age and body (15 year old, 7. 9stone) I just want to tone my body and become fit again. I'm excited to see the results. I'll keep you updated.

Im here to glow up while were stuck in quarantine during the coronavirus I will be doing this every day for two weeks or so and I will ACTUALLY stay updated with logging my results. My goal is just to burn some belly fat. Day 1: I had to take quite a few breaks to catch my breath during this workout lol. But I finished it and I feel really good and proud of myself Also gonna take my personal progress pics today

following the flat body program and it's day 2. im sweating my butt off again and im lying on the floor alr. BUT DO IT FOR THE ABS And your health of course. day 5: the exercise got a little easier and I was able to do side lung without much pain anymore but I still felt that it was hard and I had to rest a bit more as some exercises but that's good I've been improving and I believe you can too
