Great content. I am 54 and have been working out for over 30 yrs. But now I'm older I can't reach my same limits which is obvious. Can you make content for older people. When I was younger my hiit training was 30 secs on 15 secs rest for 20 to 27 mins. Now that pace kicks my ass after 9 minutes. I have now been doing 30 secs on 25 rest. But a trainer at my gym said I should work to keep the same rest of 15 secs but do less time. But I'm completely outta breath and my heart is pounding like crazy and 15 seconds is not enough recovery time I feel. Routinely go to my doctors so I don't play with my health. And I said F U C K. Washboard abs. I just love lifting. Plus I feel like I could still bench 300+lbs but my joints say otherwise. So I rep 225 sets of 12 to 15 then 10 to 12 then, 10 +2 with a spot then 8 and feel great but at 245 I feel a pinch in my rotator cuffs and sternum and I'm done. Just saying don't forget us older gym rats. Maybe some sort of chart or metric to set realistic goals as we get older. I plan on working out all of my life until I just can't anymore. The goals are great but I just love the process.

When I lift weight I get insanely hungry. It's not the case with cardio.
Cardio has way more benefits for health. With cardio, I feel better and I lose weight which is not the case with weight lifting.
I love weight lifting more than cardio, but if I had to choose one for health reasons, I'd choose Cardio over weight lifting.
And don't forget that Science keeps contradicting itself over and over again.

1. Should i do Abs workout as a beginner?
2. What if i have belly fat only?
3. Can i use whey protein as a beginner?
4. How do u know about your muscles recovery?
5. Some people (like the one at my gym ) say that one muscle can stop another from growth. Like if u do Abs workout or triceps it will stop ur chest from growing. . so is it true?

Hello i need your suggestions. Usually when i go to gym i start with 5 min low intensity eliptical bike & stretch. After this i start weight training (squat, benchpress, deadlift etc) when i m done with strength training i do 10 minutes of high intensity cardio. i want to know is it okay for burning fat and lose weight for get in shape with good diets?

I disagree with your first point, that unless you do weight training you can't loose body fat. And more cardio workouts will make you fat. In that case athletes and martial artists should be too fat, because they hardly do any weight training. Everyday they do so much of cardio intense training, still they have such a lean body.

That's a lie. I used to have big belly. I was shy when I'm at the gym. So I only do cardio in go home. In watch video on YouTube how to have flat belly. I keep repeat the same stuff everyday. And I stay away from junk food soda. Sugar And stuff. I see results I have 6 Parks.
U can only do cardio and u will see results.

What I do in the gym is. I divide my workouts in Push Pull legs. On Push days, I will do benchpress then right away shoulder press then right away triceps without break. Then I take 30 seconds break and then another set and then repeat. After 3 sets I take 1. 5 min break and then to the next exercise.
