The fastest way to gain muscle mass for any natural bodybuilder is this.
D1 - Chest/Triceps
D2 - Back/Biceps
D3 - Legs/Shoulders
D4 - Off
D5 - Chest/Triceps
D6 - Back/Biceps
D7 - Legs/Shoulders
When training back to back the push/pull routine is absolute best to avoid overtraining (example if you train back on Tuesday you cant train biceps on Wednesday hence why you do back/biceps on the same day.

The human body is designed to workout everyday and you will find this where people that have physical jobs that require effort, but having said that the work is usually less muscle specific and more total body with more variation which spreads out the effort and more importantly, muscle strain.
Depending on the workout, one can cause as much or less damage or strength/build in 3 days vs. a whole week.

I workout 7 days a week. Full body split over four days. By the time I get back to workout number 1 of 4, my muscles have recovered and are ready to go. I workout at home, if I had to drive to a gym everyday I don't think I would stick with it. I might visit a gym for inspiration once in awhile, lol.

I once tried doing workouts everyday for months, i saw faster results but also ended up with an injury which took me about a month and a half to recover from. Now i only do 4x a week which seems to be the right balance for me since i haven't had any injury nor do i feel tired.

Put it this way: if youre watching this video, youre doing something right anyways. Lots of people are sedentary and dont exercise. For a regular exerciser myself, the gym is more of a psychological victory going 6-7 days a week, even if Im not overdoing it two of those days.

I watched a video saying working 3x a week is better than working 6x a week and it goes against everything you said in this video. Why is every video I watch about this topic I get a different answer

6 days a week with my daily double dose of Woke AF Black, I am always up for the gym. I rest one day because I learned the hard way that I have to let my muscles recover for growth.
