I started jumping rope couple months ago (I didnt while a teenager) and now I can do some crisscrossing jumps. I consider jumping rope a very good and cheaper way to get healthy. Since the rope is small, its also an easy-to-take everywhere exercise. Well, Ive just turned into 47-yo last month and Im proud of myself! Thanks GTZ for encouraging us to knock the laziness out!

Self Defense training should include eye gauging, punching the throat, kicking the groin, hammer fisting the nose, etcetera. You don't want to be Boxing, or be in an MMA match with somebody that wants to cause bodily harm or kill you.

1: 30 I do this good on my right but I have a problem with this on my left due to a bad knee. How can I fix this? As soon as I proceed to squat I feel sharp pain in my left knee.

I've watched quite a few of your videos, and love them. But please, FOR THE LOVE - fix your outro song at the end! It cuts off early EVERY TIME! IT'S KILLING ME!

Great video! I started watching your videos a few weeks ago and I'm wondering do you have pectus excavatum? It looks like it.
