So this is all good until the 'fasted work-outs'. Your body needs fuel from carbs to feed your muscles during a workout. The danger here is that what is basically being promoted is the idea that you should only take supplements and drink water until you reach your desire weight goal. At issue is the idea that you'll be able to maintain this 'ideal' once you stop. You won't. Be less in a hurry, cut your carbs, increase your fats and take off the excess weight just like you put it on. Slowly and steadily. You didn't wake up 40 lbs heavier one morning. You woke up 1 lb heavier each day over a period of time. Be realistic and consider the fact that you are looking at someone in their 20's giving you advice. I could lose 5 lbs in about 36 hrs in my 20's just by literally forgetting to eat because I was so busy with my friends and work. Now, in my 50's, I can be equally busy and still miss a couple of meals and put weight on. Wake up, get real and take the solid look at your diet and exercise. Don't do radical things because you feel it will get you to your 'ideal' in a few days. It doesn't work that way, kids. Signed, Grandpa Reality.

Funny how people criticize fasting when in the first place one important reason why we accumulate fat is that we are eating more than we need. Eating is a habit and how you eat is a habit as well. How much fat you have is directly related to this habit. Therefore the primary way is to reverse this would be to control how much food we consume or what we consume. It will therefore take another habit to unlearn this habit that got you fat in the first place. This habit must be addressed like an addiction. Because if you are not ill you sure can fast for 24 hours and not die, however, your brain will force you to believe that you may die, it will activate all the unhappy feels and thoughts in your body to lure you back to your addiction. We need freedom from food. Food (brain) is a great servant but a terrible master.

That's right, feeling young again and full of energy, is just among the many side effects of shedding weight. Listen, it doesn't matter if you choose t go with Jenessa Venspurke's Flat Belly Tonic Guide (which you can use to reach your ideal weight within just two months) or any other kind of surgical treatment, the freedom will be worth it by itself.

If you started intermittent fasting
HAHAHA. I worked as a full time chef. we don't have time to eat! XD fasting is our lifestyle.
Jokes aside, that's why you see so many skinny chefs. We love to eat, but while we feeding others we don't have time to eat. (+ if you work for a big company they have strict stock control and preportioned ingredients)

I have a question in regards to fasting and working out. What are the thoughts on whey/protein shakes after workouts. Would that replicate what the meal replacement shake did or would that be beneficial? Also would that count as breaking your fast?

Need some help friends. If I am eating veggies and fats as the majority of my diet and only eating 10-15% protein, should I still be drinking a protein meal replacement? Or should I just cut those out all together?
