How To Get Under 8% Bodyfat Naturally Belly fat is the most persistent. But talking about him as a long-standing and implacable enemy is still not worth it. Visceral fat, that is, the one that surrounds the internal organs, and the supply of which is almost completely localized in the abdominal cavity, is needed by our body! It ensures the correct location of the internal organs and protects them from possible injuries. Its excessive thinning increases the risk of dangerous diseases, however, as does abundant growth. If the waist circumference in men exceeds 94 centimeters, and in women - 85, you need to take action as soon as possible. And you should start with confident steps towards a healthy lifestyle. Low-intensity training has its benefits, as shown above, but if you are in the mood for active fat burning, it's time to move on to the "complex artillery". Energetic exercise for a short time with a little break for rest is one of the best ways to reduce body fat. Such loads reduce more calories, and also lower insulin and cortisol levels. Try to run as fast as possible for 2 minutes, then slow down for a minute to catch your breath, and repeat again. And if you like more static exercises, try push-ups or squats for two minutes with acceleration, then take a minute break and continue again. The more high-interval sets you have, the sooner you will lose excess body fat. Diche Bach: Interesting video I find body building to be a fascinating thing, even though I don't really like it or have any interest in it. A thought that occurs to me as someone with a long history of outdoor endurance sports (caving, hiking, back country camping)--and a related thought that occurs to me as someone now getting retrained (after a few years of becoming a fatty) with a focus on body weight fitness / gymnastics / gym climbing: I have done a few week or 10 day long back country expeditions over the years and in my experience, simply walking (or in the case of caving crawling/climbing/shimmying) in rough terrain for 8 to 12 hours per day with a load can do pretty remarkable things to body fat levels. Depending on real world constraints, doing hours-long hikes around where the athlete lives might help with breaking out of some of those stall stages. I have the impression that a lot of power lifters and body builders are inordinately focused on free weights and machines as their primary means of applying resistance, and largely eschew any use of body weight or dynamic body weight (e. g, the sorts of routines that gymnasts do) methods. As one example: the pistol squat. I had never heard of these until recently. At present 85kg 180cm and 20% BF, I can comfortably manage a high-bar squat of 88kg for 4 reps on my 5th set after progressing from a starting point around 65kg. I would think then, that I would be able to do at least one unassisted body weight pistol squat, but no. Not at all. The mechanisms that are called into service when I attempt to do the pistol squat are a very different combination than those called on for the barbell on the shoulders exercise. Who knows, maybe many of you body builder or power lifter guys could handle it (doing a good form unassisted pistol squat, or any other advanced bodyweight exercise, but I have my doubts, and the point is: using only one resistance training modality limits the extent of demands one places on the various systems and if you are using a more narrow range of the full spectrum of demands, then you are likely going to evoke less adaptation. All this to say: maybe the body builder who tries to figure out how to get some extra training 'leverage' using alternative methods can gain a competitive advantage?

9% is easy. i am pretty much at around 9% (i know what i look like when i am at around 9%) year round. i can get to around 7 - 8 % (i guess these estimates based on body weight changes related math work relative to the 9% benchmark that i have. and also the way i look) for brief periods i put my mind in to it. anything below if i try, i struggle. if i cut at 7%, i get sick. mainly i am easily susceptible to things like cold and fever when i try to do it (happened to me a couple of times before i gave up. looks like my immune system gets very weak at those levels. also the muscles are always sore. i have to do a lot of roller work before i can workout. and its a real struggle working out too. so with all these indications that my body was giving me. i came to the conclusion that 9% is healthy enough to stay at for me (i feel strong and fit and fresh all the time when i am at this level. and below this i start feeling unhealthy and stressed. so for the past two years i am at around 9% reasonably consistently. don't feel the need to shred any further now. just to look a bit more aesthetic. it caries too much baggage. also impossible to sustain (i don't care who you are you can not stay at lower levels for sustained periods. you might be able to get in and out below this barrier for brief periods)

I have reached 11%, trying to go below that is way too much suffering. You will lose sleep because of hunger cravings but then you will have trouble getting up because the body is just exhausted. It's very unlikely an average person can do it naturally. A few people can push it, but the average natty is just lying and taking SARMS (Ostarine, Cardarine, or Ligadrol) or Clenbuterol. By the way, the Clenbuterol is just as bad, constant sweats, shakes, and brutal insomnia. There is also T3 and Frag-4 which each have their own risk. Worst part is that your mind will be in haze and unless your meal planning and timing are perfect, the mind cracks(moment of weakness) and you will binge eat crap almost involuntarily. Only after you refuel do you regain focus and come back to your sense, but by then the damage is done. Coffee is mandatory because it will suppress hunger and appetite, but again a double edge sword if you have to much or are using inn conjunction with Sildenafil or Ephedra. P. S. not only can you OD on Silde and Ephe, you can also easily OD on caffine power

1. Start your diet on maintenance for a week. 2. Cut back 200 cal for the next 2 weeks 3. Cut back 400 cal for the next 2 weeks but put in 2 refeed days per week where you are in a slight surplus, say 100 cal. 4. repeat 3 but introduce 30 min cardio every workout day and make it 4 weeks 5. repeat 3 but bump cardio to 45 min and increase the refeed to 200cal for 4 weeks 6. Get on Keto to maintenance for 2 weeks and switch training to heavy weights low reps no cardio7. Repeat the above but with keto May take a while but you will have consistent weight loss without feeling sh1tty or too sh1tty cuz pizza is better I know.

How this kid can say this is natural with a straight face blows me away I guess this is his hustle posting fake information for the uninformed gullible population that doesn't know about the fitness industry. This kid takes gear bottom line, he either takes low amounts and doesn't abuse it plays it safe or has not the greatest genetics takes a good amount of gear and can only hold the small amount of muscle he has, see tons of kids at the gym like this not afraid to admit it either. There all taken shit guys. This kid is a con. This is all Diuretics, cutting steroid cycles.

Jeff definitely is invested in his YouTube content. He edits with Final Cut Pro X, which costs 300. He also uses a more professional camera (which likely costs more than 1, 000) and he even uses Lavaliers and lighting instruments in his Technique Tuesday studio. Not to mention he spends hours and hours on end working on editing these videos while having spent 1, 000s of dollars on his equipment, all while producing high quality, free content. Thank You Jeff, I've learned pretty much all the science and knowledge about fitness that IK from you

Love your videos Super amazing from a videography perspective having the clips from the workout over the talk - keeps the audience engaged. :-)May I ask you a couple of questions? In the rowing exercise you added a rubberband - obviously to increase resistance but why not just add a plate to the landmine? And: I noticed in some of your videos youre doing a walk and talk. Is that because youre increasing your NEAT or are you actually going somewhere and just using the time? :-)Again: Love your content Never stop

I'm at 18-20% body fat and looking to experiment with my diet. considering doing a moderate carb diet as I've been on a high carb diet for a while and not seen any difference in my body fat but I also need to bulk at the same time. So I'm planning on rest days to do 20% carbs, 40% fat, 40% protein & on training days, 30% carbs, 30% fat & 40% protein. Anyone have any idea whether this nutrition plan on a caloric surplus will help to reduce body fat and increase muscle mass

Lol, no comments about that Canadian aboot 2 seconds in? Hahaha love it. You're amazing Jeff, I love how you support every claim you make with real scientific evidence from academically published articles This is my biggest problem with other trainers on the internet, making claims without supporting evidence, leaving me guessing Is it real? Does it work? Which is better? Keep it up, and thanks for all you're giving us
