Hitting the Hamstrings / LEG DAY Vlog David Speakman: Hi Jeff, great videos. I have a question about training hamstrings. Two movements in particular, lying leg curls and RDL's. Re lying leg curls: What is your take on research suggesting that seated leg curls are better due to a more 'ideal' hip angle preventing 'over stretching' when the hamstrings are fully elongated? Re RDL's: I always find it odd that RDL's are so popular - primarily for hamstrings. You are getting a good stretch (hence soreness from forceful stretching, but you are not actually 'working' your hamstrings at all. Again, soreness is from stretching, not from muscle contraction. If you do not bend your knees, you can't be working your hamstrings. Curious on your opinion. Thanks

Its awesome to look back on some of these older videos man and see how far youve come. This was obviously still quality content, but its still cool to see On a side note, you use such good music over your workouts, I often wish I knew the track names. For instance, whats the song starting at 4: 02?

I'm digging the new style. I like how the workout clips compliment the commentary in the beginning as opposed to the reverse. It can be a bit redundant at times. And workout editing itself--Bruh Definitely makin' some serious cinematography gainz? Respect.

Hey Jeff I asked this is your leg day video but didn't get a response. What is your opinion on the seated leg extension with all the debate about sheer in the knee? Do you think it is a worth while exercise for non bodybuilders?
