ADD ME ON SNAPCHAT FOR MORE DAILY LIFESTYLE UPDATES Camila Piza: I usually love your videos and all the work you put into your info. so I'm very disappointed by this one. Not a single one of those women is natural- they all have extremely capped delts, and amounts of muscle simply unachievable without gear cmon. Unless all these women have crazy amounts of testosterone- more than any other woman- they are not natural. The men I'm sure are also not but I can't comment on them as much as I'll admit I don't have the knowledge for that. But they all go through the same testing, so if these obviously on steroid women passed the tests they would too. Severely disappointed in you for spreading false information

I know you posted this a year ago but it is really great. I love the WNBF. Anywho, whether or not some people on the natty stage are taking steroids I am not sure. BUT, I strongly feel that you'd have to be a really crappy human being to lie about drug use and compete against Nattys with that type of advantage. If someone use steroids, that's their decision and I don't judge, but for god's sake don't take the low road and compete in a natty league. The kind of person who would do that is the lowest form of bodybuilder IMO, and I honestly don't understand how they could even be proud of their placing/accomplishments.

The accuracy (i. e, validity) of polygraph testing has long been controversial. An underlying problem is theoretical: There is no evidence that any pattern of physiological reactions is unique to deception. An honest person may be nervous when answering truthfully and a dishonest person may be non-anxious. - Polygraph tests have been completely abandoned as an accurate test, and if you tried to present it as evidence in court it would be thrown out. I have a pretty severe anxiety condition, and I could simply state I was under duress and stress at the time of the test. Anyone can say that.

I love strength training as it improves my athletic performance in different sports and it also boosts your self-confidence. However does anyone else find that the actual posing routines of bodybuilding competitions are incredibly embarrassing? I mean a load of oiled up men wearing fake tan dressed in women's thongs doing weird poses to an audience. Could there be anything less masculine than that? It's so awkward to watch. I mean imagine being one of the fathers in the audience yeah that's my son up there in the pink thong. Go on son, clench that arse, wooooo.

one things true if you are natural and not geneticaly gifted meso, you dont stand a chance against someone that is. if yor are naturally ecto and always have been thin you can forget about winning over someone with round musclebellies, dont matter how much work and diet u put in. maybe if ur like 1, 6 m tall then maybe theres a small chance for you cause of the compact apperance. people who are from the begining naturally gifted are ronnie coleman, phil heath. look at the pics when they began their carreer they are already much more buff than average guy.

I like you videos: they are very informative and scientifically sound. What I don't like is telling that polygraph and urine tests make shure nobody has gear in them. Polygraph is absolutely a joke about safety of results. Urine tests shows nothing if you know when to stop taking gear. Natural bodybuilding is not that natural, they simply remain with a certain amount of mass in order not to lokk like somebody from Mr. Universe. Maybe you wanted not to say anything bad about the organisation, and i would understand it.

Nice evidence: because I know they arent taking anything. I dont say they arent natty but we all know there are many people dont even tell their wife or best friends they take something. Also, someone with bad genetics can look worse on roids than someone natty with great genetics, so this can be achieved naturally is NEVER an evidence someone is natty. And by taking low doses of testo you are in a good spot not beeing tested positive but still have an advantage of lets say 5 kg muscle mass.

the guy second from the left and 5th from the left are obviously natty if not they have some shit genetics ans the rest just blow them away in size and conditioning. most of the people on that stage arnt natty. The test mean nothing and there are easy ways to get around them when they hire a professional and the reason why they compete in a natty organization is because they know they are going to get a good placing because they would end up placing low in a untested federation like ifbb

Urine analysis and polygraph testing are definitely not a deterrent. What if I used growth hormone and testosterone for the next six months and stop. Then enter a competition the following year. I would lose some but not all muscle mass. A lot of athletes (basketball, tennis, football crossfit) and bodybuilders that claim natural have used some illegal substance in the past. And their baseline strength and overall muscularity goes up as time goes by.

Ok all the people commenting 'theyre all fake natties, the tests don't work' first of all we get it by now there are fake natties but not every single person in the world is juicing and some people are natural and obviously will compete tested since they are natty so ik there will be fake natties but accusing everyone just bc it's possible they're not it they look better than you or whatever is silly
