I loove your workout videos, I think I did pretty much all of them: )
Just finished this one two times: )
But I prefer when you don't use any equipment, it's more convenient & I don't have to think about what I can take ti replace the dumbbells. my two books suffered a bit this morning.

This is a great workout with very much variety in it and also a good mixture of diffrent exercises, but as I'm just starting with fitness again, I'm done after one round haha.
But still, I love your videos! You can see how much effort you put in them.

this is my fav video yet! I'm always looking for at home videos that have a little equipment (aka resistance bands and dumbbells) cause thats what I have and they really make things more challenging! thank you so much!

side note, ik you have been sooo busy but I would seriously buy a gym guide/ weightlifting ebook from u in a heartbeat! just an idea for the future

Could you please make a video which covers exercises one can do at the office? For example, at the desk, on the staircase, etcetera.
