If you're just starting to exercise. I would NOT recommend you doing this workout, I FULLY recommend this to people that have some months into exercising bc they're already used to it. I'm saying this bc I have been dieting and exercising for 6 months now, and I have been finishing this t i r e d but tight and happy: )

This was just what I needed. I was so good at engaging my core but now I have found difficulty again. This helps so much. Would love if you did some at home leg and inner thigh workouts

You're wasting 10 seconds of each movement on explaining, instead of starting with the exercise right away and explaining it on the way.

super quick and easy. maybe if I'd have watched it from bed with some popcorn. Hate this workout so much. Will do it again tomorrow
