A 15 min total/full body workout using a kettlebell! Can be done at home or in the gym! Aphrodite: I've been doing your workouts during the CA stay at home order and they are so Awesome. Thank you! This workout in particular has been great for improving my balance and core strength, like WHOA, I only wish there was a 5-10 sec break between moves. Not so much for a rest, but for getting into position. It moves a bit too fast to feel like I'm holding the best form. Anyway, thanks again for your workouts and stay safe out there. :)

Hello! I love your workouts, and have some questions. I have heard that it is better to do quick workouts like this to lose weight instead of long workouts and jogging, but do you just do this 15 minute workout and are done for the day, or do you do other things? Because I definetly get at least as exhausted from this quick ones, i just wonder if that is enough or i should mix it up? love from Norway!

Hey Maddie! Since you've been a dancer growing up, have you considered doing a Barre workout? I've always wanted to coordinate dance somehow into a workout routine and it would be really cool to see your tips on it. I've been really interested in it and I value your advice especially since you've been a dancer. Just a suggestion! Keep going girl!

So, I have this 20lb kettlebell from 2015 when I was Mad Fit (see what I did there) anyway, I'm just starting back up working out. The 20lb is too much sometimes. I LOVED that your moves can be done without the weight and still feel the burn. You're a great instructor and it was comforting to see you being out of breath too. Thank you

How many times a week can you do this to notice results? I am a cyclist and am always a bit resistant to doing strength workouts due to DOMS and fatigue in my legs. However, to gain more power I know I need to incorporate these type of workouts in my weekly routine. Thanks Lesley

Your workouts are everything! Recently I had to ditched the gym, unfortunately, so I started doing your workouts almost every day and I actually didn't notice any decline of strength. Thank you so much! I can't wait for next videos: )
