every time i do an ab-focussed workout, i am overcome intense nausea. it doesn't happen with any of my other workouts. how can i elleviate this? it is just too uncomfortable for me to complete a workout like this without taking a break every 10 seconds or so, otherwise i can feel myself about to puke. i don't know what the problem could be, especially since i don't eat soon before my workout, so that can't be causing it. any advice is appreciated - thanks so much: )

I have a mix of healthy eating, HIIT workouts, interval training and heavy weights but have always had trouble w my mid area and have been doing your workouts during quarantine and noticing a difference! how many times a week do you recommend doing intense abs and core work outs a week? I do not want to over exhaust myself! Thank you for your videos!

Ive been doing this (mostly) consistently every other day for about 3 weeks now, and Ive noticed a big difference for a short amount of time! This ab workout, of all the ones Ive tried, has shown the most notable results. Now Im feeling so confident and proud and I HIGHLY recommend trying this workout (no matter how many extra breaks you need to take)

I've been doing this ab workout with a few of your others the past month or so and at the beginning I could barely get through the first round. Now I can get through the whole thing with just taking a couple 10 second breaks! Maddie, thank you and you are amazing!

Thanks so much! This amongst other workouts from you, this is really gonna help me through isolation! ( im a gymnast/kickboxer who loves sport and is doing exercises 24/7) I have a workout weekly routine and this is going to help me so much!

It was a good workout, but was not ready for it. Wow! It was more challenging than usual. since my core is weak I could not do a lot of rep for each exercise. Maybe doing this workout more often will help strengthen my core. Thanks!

awesome workout Maddie! Can you make an even harder one, like the hardest ab workout ever where you think you are going to die during it but then you somehow don't? Somedays I just feel like I need that kinda workout hehe

Such an effective workout! Thank you so much for your videos. They're extremely helpful. Your finals words were really encouraging because I definitely can't do this on my first try but now I have something to aim for!
