No equipment needed. The: I'm new to working out and mostly looking to tone up. Would definitely like to lose a little fat, but my body is mostly that skinny fat kind. I'm wondering. is HIIT mostly cardio or these workouts would also totally tone me up quick? Should I do the full body HIIT workouts every other day or, for my goals, would it be better to mostly do the toning videos and a full body HIIT workout once or twice a week? Please help!

I have made a playlist for myself of your workouts that are my personal favorite! I do them if not everyday, every other! They are amazing, they get my heart rate up and make me covered in sweat! I am always sore the day after. I have seen tremendous changes already too and it makes me feel very satisfied!

My daughter was doing one of your workouts and I joined her and now I am HOOKed. She even purchased an HDMI cord so I can view it on my TV. I would love to see more HIIT style routines possible with more modified examples for those that may have mobility issues. Just a thought.

I have to say. these workouts are AWESOME. I'll do 15 min HIIT, 15 min booty, followed by 10-15 abs and I am dripping/so sore! THANK YOU for posting these!
Btw- I love the booty workouts that are all on the floor so I can do them while watching Netflix or something!

If anyone is looking to make this/any of these workouts more intense, just keep doing the moves through the 30 second breaks so you transition from one to the next. keeps the heart rate up and makes it that much more difficult: ) love these

I'm in quarantine in Madrid. Used to go for a run in the mountains every day and I miss that adrenaline. It's great to find something as intense you can do at home. Thanks for uploading this and stay safe, everyone

Would love a longer more advanced HIIT! Like a no repeat 45 min one? And I think 30 sec is a lil too long of a rest I did this whole video with only 15 sec rest in between however this is a great beginners HIIT!

Hi! Firstly I really appreciate your workouts, they are really interesting, and you bring me the motivation that I miss so thank you: )
Also I have a question for you, where do you buy your sport clothes?

The knee down half burpee somehow isnt doing anything for me expect getting me confused and really bad posture. maybe you can change that exercise into something thats less complicated and more effective?
