Try this NO REPEAT, at home, upper body workout! Targets your back and biceps using a few dumbbells. If you don't have dumbbells, use household items like water jugs, cans of food, etc. Repeat 2 rounds if necessary!

I would love to see some longer workouts e. g. a 30 min full body workout with 5 min warm up and 5 min cool down. It would be quite nice to get a full workout in from one video instead of doing a combination, although I have been doing your workouts for years now and they never fail to get me sweating. Also, I was just wondering whether you would be posting back on your main account because I really miss your down-to-earth videos with you, Jack and Kyle. Lots of love always x

You are such an inspiration! Thank you for sharing your workouts (especially because I cant go to the gym right now. The home workouts are amazing, and this one ( plus your twenty minute full body workout) had me sweating like crazy! Would you be able to make a work out that adds a one mile run at the beginning? Youre awesome - keep up the good work!

Hi maddie I just have a question. About 2 years ago I had reconstructive knee surgery and I incorporate my physical therapy in with your routines but alot of the moves that require kneeling I can't do, It hurts too bad. are there any modifications you know of that will help me do the moves

Just started your workouts and love them especially since you do the friendly no weight workouts! Hopefully you will be having more glute/ leg workouts with maybe house hold items we can use if equipment is not on hand! Appreciate your videos and how you are still posting xoxo

Hi which dumbbell weights do you mainly use for your workouts? I plan to start your home workouts but I'm so confused which dumbbell weight is appropiate to help with loosing arm/back/belly fat alongside doing intense cardio? Any tips much appreciated!

I did another upper body strength workout for 40 minutes before this. Thank you Maddie, this was a great upper body finisher! Really excellent back and biceps moves, and just the right speed and length of 1 minute per interval was perfect

Id really love to see an one our full body workout (including warm up and cool down. It would be nice for a change to have the workout compromised into one video instead of puzzling ones workout together (although thats a lot of fun as well)

Did 2 rounds of this after the full upper body sculpt (I added one extra round to it) and I feel incredibly energized think I'm gonna end with 10 min of abs! thank you Maddy you are becoming my favorite every day!
