NO JUMPING & APARTMENT FRIENDLY cardio abs workout! ella: i cannot do the Russian twist crunch type things to save my LIFE and I do not know what to do. I dont have the abs to actually do a sit up so I just get to a weird angle and fall back. I need an alternative but I am new to working out (like literally two weeks ago I started exercising for the first time in my life, only using Madfit videos) so I just dont know anything about workouts and I cant figure it out: (

I absolutely love your workouts! They are getting me through lock down here in South Africa as we are not allowed to walk/exercise outside of the house. This has been tough as i use running to workout and clear my mind! I cannot lie on my tailbone - it sticks out - i may have missed them but could you do some core workouts that are more on the side/that avoid these areas that also raise the HR? Thanks again!

Im glad your growing and getting the recognition you deserve. Keep being amazing. And I am being sincere. I used to suck at working out and now I work out about 4-5 times a week! :)

Hey! Awesome video its great that you keep putting them out each day! I love trying other peoples workouts. Im a personal trainer who makes workout videos for my clients as well. So if you ever want to be on the other side of the screen then give some of mine a go. Might give you some different ideas too. Keep it up! Hope you are safe and well

I love your low impact workouts, not only because of the fact that its apartment friendly, but because of the exercises that they include- Ive had hip issues for years and by doing these low impact workouts, I am slowly building up the muscle around them! These are the best! :)

Thank you for the workout! I was going hard for 5 weeks with another exercise and my lower back started to stiffen and I was afraid I would have to take too long of a rest but this was nice! I need more exercises that are low impact.

16: 05 feel those abs engaging. Ma'am, I put my finger tips on my tummy as you said and in the middle of all the pain all I can feel is my fatty belly fat, I guess I still have a long way to go, lol Thanks a lot for this video.

Ive been following your workouts (not in order) since quarantine started and this video Is the first to make me contemplate quitting my workout halfway thru. I love your videos! Hopefully my body will catch up post quarantine.
