Do this 30 minute, full body, stretch and tone workout Marina: Thank you so much for giving us this challenge!
Since I stopped dancing as a teenager, I have not been able to take up a sport consistently. I started following your workouts during the lockdown in Italy, so in March, your videos are exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart not only for the physical improvements, but because you made me feel better. I finally managed to be disciplined and constant by completing this challenge and I will certainly continue working out in February as well. I'm looking forward to doing this kind of training tomorrow!

Oh my goodness! Loved this! such a great way to incorporate strength and flexibility. I wasn t drenched in sweat or exhausted at the end (which you do not have to be at the end of every workout, but it still felt amazing, and I hope you make more videos like this! Love you Maddie!

She looks like she gained a couple of healthy pounds. Super hot. Maybe 5 or 10 more and she'd be breathtaking not that she isn't already. Her dance routines are the best, love her rhythm.

I love this new vid. My favorites are the dance w/Taylor Swift or Harry Styles -- music means so much to me - but this new routine is now being saved to my favorites. I love it. Thank you!
