Im 163cm, wgt 52kg.
My body is a pear shape.
I may look slim but i ate a lot and my waistline or tummy bulging pretty bad as if i am a fat person.

thank you for reminding us about spot reducing! I know I cant spot reduce fat but I like breaking up different parts of my body that I want to workout and today I will work on abs!
