Do this quick 5 minute, full body stretch Nora: Oh my goodness! This is amazing! I love how much good quality stretching this routine gets in with only five minutes! I normally feel really rushed and not fully stretched out with five minute stretch videos. Really love and appreciate this video! I will be using it a lot!

Stretching is C R U C I A L! I'm at the point where I cannot not do a stretch after and I MUST warm-up before a workout. Thank you for sharing this Maddie! Great all-around stretch.
