waa i'm gunna cry hahaha dude you crack me up! and i'm following your legs push pull routine and i'm loving it! but i switched it to pull push legs cuz my biceps take longer to recover so when its my push day i get to stretch out my bicep when exercising my triceps

Hey Alain. Big fan, appreciate the videos! I'm a little confused with IIFYM, what happens if i hit my caloric goal but still have some carbs, protein, or fats remaining? Should I hit the protein, carbs and fats goal regardless of the calories? Thanks

-Rahat Choudhury Your macronutrients are what make up your calories. If you meet your macros then you automatically meet your calories. This is why it is very important to meet your macros: ) hope that helps.
