The Worst Workout Strategy for Muscle Growth Harrison: Hey Alain, quick question. I have a considerable imbalance in my back as a whole. I can only do probably 2 pull ups and can do 5-6 chin ups.
On the other hand my front side is quite strong -(rounded shoulders as a result) probs around 40-50 push ups. I never really paid much attention to the back side as much because I didn't know much better haha! I'm currently doing LPP 6 days a week, how can I get a thick upper back do a considerably higher number of push ups,

i beem training four year and not happy with it. i like you kelp me on the diet cuz am eatin lot but don't know if am doing right i like to know how much to eat every time and what to get those gains an not just fat

What do you think of a 3 week bulk with 1 week of cutting. Repeating until I'm happy with size. I'm not a big guy. Intermediate weight lifter.
