How to Guarantee You\'re Eating Enough to Build Muscle muppetfan12: I want to go from 147. 9 to 160 or 165. I'm a 17 year old kid and the problem is my mom doesn't feed me enough. Lol I've been working out for 5 - 6 months now and I got a good toned muscles but i wanna get bigger. Anyways great advice and thanks man.

Out of curiosity. Why less calories when you're more advanced? Would've thought more muscle = more calories to maintain the muscle.

I'm 140 but if I just eat 2800 calories I feel it's not enough because I eat a bit more than 3000 and still don't gain weight
