Its not called chest/triceps and legs. I have seen people get leg injuries for trying to bench press too much. I guess what I am saying is that a future injury is not worth adding pounds to your bench press by changing your form style. Slow and steady is always best. Just my opinion there is no get rich quick plan otherwise we would all be rich.

Look I'm not gonna say your wrong for this but it wouldn't work for me, I don't care about the weight I care about how good my chest looks, I want that classic bodybuilding look and this wouldn't do the job, Also your actually stronger with a closer grip, then your triceps kick in more, I like wide to concentrate more on the chest

I think when you arch too much and use too much leg drive it defeats the purpose of even doing the bench. You bench to get stronger. If you're just gonna do a bunch of little cheats on the bench what's the point? Do this stuff if you're doing a competition but not as a normal training method.

That back arc is not healthy. What should be done is put your shoulders back and the range of motion should not and need not to be a full movement. 90 degrees is enough to work the pecs and keep the shoulders safe. Thanks for the video man!

This may be a dumb question, but what does the phrase -for reps- mean when people say they can do XYZ weight -for reps-. I mean, obviously they mean more than one, but do they -rep it out- or are they just hitting 2 reps, haha?

If you have to do a bunch of tricks like bending your back and a half so that your only actually moving the weight 3 inches then did you actually bench press 350 or 405? Or did you just cheat bench it you know like a cheat curl

Reading articles I've heard that arching can be extremely dangerous as it put a lot more pressure on the back. Also he's taking about half repping but arching the back is similar as you literally move the bar a few inches.

Your videos are dope and actually give good advice. but who the frrr is this giving terrible tips. Dude, never again, please. Terrible form and why, why would you lift heavier without getting stronger? Smh

I understand how the title can sound a bit misleading, but I can assure you it's no typo and certainly not clickbank. Please watch the video in it's entirety for more context.

I'm glad you asked me to create this video! So many people can add weight to the bar in the matter of minutes just by dialing in their technique.
