Bulking & Cutting - Carb Cycling While Bulking - High Reps VS Low Reps for Size Catzzo: Hey, Alain. I've got an issue with dieting. Something is going on with my stomach to where it is insanely weak and easy to upset. I'm talking like brushing your teeth every morning. This affects my dieting because every time I start eating I gotta stop early in the meal because I get nauseous, and if I keep going, it's all going back up. Especially with breakfast. I'm in the middle of working with doctors to get all of that sorted out, but until then, what can you suggest for guys where meals are hard to sit down and eat? Thank you, for what you do!

Whats more important in your opinion.
A spilt like a upper lower or push pull both 4 days
Versus Bro slilt focused on compounds like
bench one day
ohp one day
rows one day
deadlift one day
when u are progressing. will u make better gains on a bro spilt or one muscle per week versus 2x frequency if you are not progressing as good on 2x frequency

Good video, one thing I havent understood yet is how you should set up the rep ranges like in a 12 week program, or doesnt it matter as long as you get the pump each time? I like to do very high reps, usually 15 to 20.
