Hey m8! How do you distinct who is a beginner and who is intermidiate lifter. Is it a certain amount of lean mass, or time that you ve been lifting or knowledge that you have. This is why I am asking: you can lift for a year, but you were on a cut whole that year. You have decrease amount of a body fat but you gain only few pound of muscle mass. And what is that person? Beginner or Intermadiate? Thx for the answer

Hey man, I work out in a home gym with just a rack, a bench, and a dumbbell set up to 52. 5 lbs. I also have a curl bar, but that's beside the point. Are there any exercises you'd recommend to replace the machine exercises? I do something similar to this, as far as the progression, resets, and rep ranges go.

this is really a great program but can I use it for powerlifting, the daily undulating prioritization and the overall linear progression makes me feel like it's a super modified starting strength so if I made some changes such as you said switch the OHP with the bench press can I use it for powerlifting?

Hey Alain, i'm curious to get your take on training to failure. Do you recommend training to complete failure on a set, or rather train to failure but still keep one rep in the tank when finishing a set?

Alain always enjoy your content great knowledge. My question is I don't seem to be progressing anymore on my key lifts I'm just not getting stronger. Will this programme help me add weight to the bar?

Hey Mr. Gonzalez, I have a really quick doubt. Do I use the same weights for the strength and hypertrophy days? If not, which day should I add weight?
Thank you.
