Would you have any advice around this? I have thought about just eating simple carbs and protein sources such as chocolate, bread and protein shakes to get sufficient calories regularly. Anything like meat, peanuts, potatoes etc simply sit in my stomach throughout the day.

6: 30 What about compound movement? For example: squat 3-10 and leg extension 3-12 so, as squat hit quads, does that mean the total sets are 6?
